The service techs from Epic did a very thorough job troubleshooting a breaker issue. I was impressed by their attention to detail and communication.

Epic was the 3rd company we called to put in an electrical outlet in our brick fireplace, but from now on they'll be our first call. They were on time, straightforward, and the get the job done for 1/3 of the price we were quoted elsewhere. Very impressed.

I hired Epic to install some light fixtures and fix some electrical problems in my house, which is 120 years old. They diagnosed the problems, explained them to me in simple terms, fixed the problems and cleaned up afterwards. They were professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Epic Electric! As a single mom I was worried about hiring a reputable electrician that would not over charge me or take advantage! Vlad from Epic was so professional and honest! Vlad and Nick from Epic Electrical did a fantastic job installing ceiling fans and other things for me. I had two other electricians say there was no way to install the living room fan because of my scissor ceiling. Those guys made it look so easy to do. I am sold on Epic Electrical after watching them work. They cover everything in plastic and cleaned up after themselves. So glad to find such an awesome Electrical company!

They installed a good new outlet for me, but also showed me how to do some things myself so I wouldn't have to pay for them!

I called Epic when I had an electrical problem at my house. It was a great choice. They gave me an appointment for the next morning and David A and Nick showed up on time. My problem was quickly fixed and then they accommodated me by doing an electrical project not originally requested. They were very knowledgeable and while David was finishing up the paperwork with me, Nick shoveled the snow off my walkway and driveway! They were so nice and I will use them again.

This is a new review from me on 5/13/19. I had a new problem and again called Epic I cannot say enough good things about them. This time it was David and Josh. My problem started out as a mystery and these two sleuths figured it out and it actually was a problem that could have started a fire at my house. They found the problem and fixed it. David got my computer back up when I was having a problem and they go out of their way to help their clients. I recommend this company and their electrical safety club to anyone with electrical problems. They are the best.

Was very pleasantly surprised to get an on-site estimate done within 1 week. Very professional and thorough in understanding the work needing to be done. Awaiting estimate and will likely have Epic install new 220V outlet.
