If you’re looking for a professional, competent, and enjoyable electrical experience, I highly recommend going with Epic.

I knew I had done my research correctly when instead of being met with an automated answering machine, an actual person answered the phone right away (you do have to enter a number first, like 1 for electric, 2 for plumbing, 3 for heating etc.) who was very nice and very professional. Scheduling was a breeze and they were out here just as they said they’d be, only a few days after I called to make the appt.

Electrical work is always something I’ve been wary of in the past - most people know nothing about electrical stuff, so you’re easily taken advantage of. I can tell you that with my experience, that’s not something you need to worry about with Epic.

Kelvin was in charge, and was helped by two other great fellows, Mark and Joseph. All three of these guys were knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I ask A LOT of questions, and they either had answers right away, or got them quickly after. Not once did I feel like I was bothering them - these guys clearly wanted me to feel satisfied and confident about what they were able to do to improve my home.

The price was also less than what we were expecting, which was great! As long as I am in the area, I will be a happy Epic customer.

Epic Electric was extremely proficient, on-time (early actually) from their office staff to their technicians start to finish from getting the bid to having the job completed were excellent. I would highly recommend them for any needs

Jesse was promp, Very knowlegeable and eager to answer any question my wife and I had about our HVAC system. I highly recommend these people wholheartedly. These are honest trustworhy technitions. I would definitly use Epic Air again in the future.

Rv park panel having issues, gfci wouldn't reset on 20amp outlet, 50amp breaker kept tripping, bad breaker, was at work at the time, came out late, but called, replaced everything that needed fixed, probably $100 in parts maybe...was charged a trip fee of $160 since we are in middle of nowhere, okay no big deal there, but was also charged $400 for rest of work which included 3 breaker swaps and an outlet change on the gfci...definitely won't recommend these guys, completely ripped us off, not my money was the owner of rv parks but seriously $636 for 3 breakers and an outlet? I get the trip charge but seriously on the rest?

My Mom's furnace quit working. When I arrived the house was very cold. Repairman from Epic arrived and had it working within 2 or 3 hours of me making the call. I am very thankful for the fast efficient service and will call them again for any future needs.

I can’t say enough about Epic. In an area where reliable contractors that actually want the work or business are rare, Vlad shows up and gives me a digital quote. He got to work immediately on our beautiful 15 ft high chandeliers and completed the same day. We look forward to hiring them for all of our other projects in the house and highly recommend. Had a tree fall on my power line and messed with the electrical systems and appliances. Conveniently Epic handles both. Everyone was knowledgeable, very nice, very helpful and everything was fixed that day. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Ben and his crew did a fantastic job on a complete rewiring of our 1912 house. We are now up to modern code and quality. They were always on time when they said they would be, explained what their day's tasks and plans were and cleaned up at the end of the day. They asksed for my thoughts on some installations and always kept me up to date on their progress. It's such a pleasure to have the convenience and quality of all their work. I would wholeheartedly recommend Epic Electric to anyone for any job.

Epic has been very reasonable and great with communication. We had a super big project which included installing a new panel and all new wiring in an outbuilding. The owner was hands on and came out himself to confirm what I wanted and what was needed. The electricians were polite and did a great job!

AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night. Called multiple HVAC companies and Epic was able to schedule a same day appointment.

Appointment was scheduled at 3 but they came an hour early, which was great since it is supposed to be 98 today.

Technicians were very knowledgeable and nice. On top of everything, Epic is going to help me with my warranty claim to make sure I get my money back since my unit is still under the 5 year warranty.
