Epic Electric, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Sent an email to epic stating that my heating unit had stopped working and within 15 minutes I received a call and they dispatched a technician who arrived less than an hour later. The techs, Amanda and trainee (sorry forgot the name!), were promt, professional, polite and helpful. They managed to find the part I needed and installed it. The whole situation only took a few hours and I had my heat back on. They also were ready to loan me a space heater if they couldnt fix the furnace in time. All in all it was a quick and stress free experience. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and effectiveness they showed. Thanks for keeping me warm, everyone on the epic team!

Epic Electric was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Every call to the company was either answered immediately or else returned that same day. The quote was straight forward and the estimator, electricians and secretary were all wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical or HVAC services.

Knowledgeable and thorough assessment of what needed to be done when providing an estimate. Also willing to provide answers to questions without any gimmicks or making us feel like it was a sales pitch. I would highly recommend their services - I have used them in the past and this was for a new estimate for a kitchen remodel.

Loved that they could show me evidence of what was wrong and had the supplies on hand to fix it so we didn’t have to make another appointment. I very much appreciated the electrician that came out and helped with our lighting issue. He was kind, prompt, and communicated very well. My only suggestion for this business is to be more up front with the customers on pricing. I am very aware that electrical issues do cost a lot; however, I was very surprised at how much it would have been and what we would have paid even if the problem wasn’t resolved. If I would have known when making this appointment at the cost range I probably would have had to think twice and/or saved more for this project. This was my first interaction with an electrician coming to my home and I feel like I learned a big lesson and what to be prepared for.

Had Epic install the electric for a new hot tub. They were quick to get a quote and the install entirely finished. They even gave me a slight discount since the job took less time than expected. Their quote came in $1500 less than that of another company I had come out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician and plan to return for any needs I have in the future.

Calvin and Joseph did a great professional job in our home. I would recommend them to anyone! They were the best and most professional and customer friendly service providers ever.

The electricians at epic electrical were extremely knowledgeable, timely, and they did a fantastic job installing our new breaker panel. When the inspector showed up to do his certification, he commented on How impressed he was with the work they performed.

Vlad was early for our appointment, explained everything thoroughly when providing the quote, kept surfaces covered and clean, and delivered results within one day! We had multiple projects to tackle and each one was done with care and professionalism.
