Epic Electric, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Had to pay $100 to have two electricians come to my property to give me a quote to finish installing my generator. When I called to set up the appointment I was told that Epic installs generators all the time, I explained my exact situation and was told that it would be no problem. I had to explain to the electricians how the system worked. My biggest issue was I needed them to help with the AC shedding. I already had shedding modules for the hot water heater and dryer. I explained multiple times that the only item I needed was the AC shedding. They weren't able to help had to go back to the office. I talked with another person they had to do some research. After I called a few days later I received a quote for $7,000. The transfer switch is already wired, all that is needed is the ac shedding low volt line ran in conduit that I have already installed along with 10' of wire from generator to the transfer switch which I already have the wire, and the modules installed.

I am fine with a company not wanting to do a job and quoting high but I feel paying $100 for this was a complete waste of money and should have been refunded.

Only had Epic come out to do an estimate, the electrician “Vlad” was very detailed and provided multiple options for our needs. Our project was for running power to garage with a breaker and some options for installing interior lights and fans.

I’d Recommend these guys to anyone who wants the work done right. Pricing seems reasonable for the times we’re in. Very professional.

We were so impressed with Epic’s service. Two technicians showed up THE SAME DAY WE CALLED to fix our air conditioning fuse panel and they were friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They got us up and running immediately. We will use them again for any electrical needs we have.

Two gents from the Epic Electrical crew came to my house to take a look at my project, and within about 3 hours they quoted me and completed my project, which was: installation of 2 chandeliers and 2 flush mount ceiling lights, and a troubleshoot/replacement of my doorbell system. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were professional during their time here. I'd have no qualms about hiring Epic Electrical to complete future projects for me.

I highly recommend Epic Electrical! I just purchased my home, after the inspection process there was some potential electrical issues as some outlets were not working. I contacted Epic, Lisa was very informative and spoke highly of her team! After closing I scheduled a panel/safety evaluation. We were so pleased with the service Epic Electrical provided a year ago that we contacted them to complete additional work in our home. Vlad arrived promptly at the scheduled time to review the work we wanted done and completed an estimate. Chris worked with him to install lights, dimmer switches, an additional receptacle, lower a light and install a new fan. They worked diligently to complete all the jobs and were very good to clean up after the work was done. We highly recommend Epic Electrical, especially Vlad and Chris for a job well done!

The Epic Electrical team were great! They arrived on time, were very professional, took great care and left our house is better shape than it was when they arrived. I was very impressed by the quality of work, their attention to detail and their professionalism. I will be calling them for all our electrical needs in the future.

Very expensive, but they did an excellent job. I am pleased and everything worked exactly as expected. They were even kind and patient enough to accommodate me making changes and alterations to the original plan after they got started. I'll definitely call them again for future electric work once my finances recover. :)

We are building a new home office and shop, and Epic has done all of the electrical work and has been fantastic to work with. It's easy to work with a company when everything is going well, but the real test can be when something may have a problem. Early on, there was a question as to whether work done by two different contractors had violated code. The difference between how the two contractors addressed the issue was night and day. Tieson at Epic immediately took ownership over the issue, said he would take care of it, and contacted the mechanical engineer to work through any problems. It turned out there were no problems, but his immediate willingness to take ownership of the issue was indicative of his excellent character and the high standards that he holds himself and his crew to.

Another example of the excellent service we received from Epic occurred when our general contractor decided to retire in the middle of our project. As Tieson also had some experience in this area, and he could see we were floundering a bit, he took some of his own time to make some (very welcome) suggestions to get the project back on track, and then he went out of his way to recommend a replacement contractor. As with the above, he didn't need to go out of his way to do any of this, but he did, and it shows his remarkable character and the high regard he has for his customers.

In addition to character, the work quality has been excellent throughout the new building. Epic's crew shows up when they say they will show up, they are polite and professional, they clean up any debris from their work, and the end result has been a very clean, very professional installation of all electrical systems in our new building. As the construction has evolved, there has been "scope creep" on the project, due to our many additional requests, and Tieson has been great about letting us know in advance how this will affect the overall project cost, so there are no surprises. Our overall experience with Epic has been, well, "Epic" - :-) We would definitely hire them again as projects arise.

Great service and quality work. When I called to schedule to have my work done Lisa was friendly and informative. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule very quickly. I was very impressed with Vlad, the electrician, who arrived on time, answered all of my (many) questions while we went through my to-do list, and gave me options and pricing for the work. I appreciated that the pricing was listed for all options. Vlad did great work, was knowledgeable, clean, and fast. I will definitely be using Epic Electrical for all of my future electrical needs.
