Vlad and Beau did an outstanding job of repairing a multitude of electrical issues that have plagued us for years. From antiquated wiring, GFI's tripping, and polarity issues they handled every aspect of the job with a big smile : D

They explained every aspect of the work order and how the job would be completed. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The cost of the project was spot on and well worth the value received. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and had a wonderful sense of humor that I appreciate more than they know.

It is rare to find such knowledgeable and efficient service providers in Spokane who show up on time and complete the job right the first time.

I cannot put into words how much better I feel after Titus from Epic Electrical conducted an electrical inspection for my home. We purchased a semi custom new build, and the work was clearly done quickly, with poor quality, and by the lowest bidder. We even discovered fuses going off because the electricians failed to cap live wires that were touching a metal light fixture. My family did not feel safe in our own home.

Titus walked my wife and I through every step of his inspection, addressed concerns, and provided guidance on how to deal with the less reputable company used by our warranty. Titus made suggestions to improve our systems, and overall probably saved us more than the inspection cost. Most importantly my family now has peace of mind that our home is safe.

I also appreciate that every one of the workers are drug tested and background checked. I am always nervous inviting strangers into my home, so this made me feel far more secure. Overall, Epic Electrical is a reputable company committed to doing the job right the first time. What more can I ask?

I needed an electrician and didn't do much research in finding the "right" one. I resigned myself to thinking that I would have my electrical problem diagnosed, fixed, and have to pay an exorbitant amount of money for the services. I called Epic Electrical because it was a top result and had a high rating. In hindsight, this was one of the luckiest finds I've had in a while. Speaking with Lisa was pleasant and efficient and I was able to schedule an appointment promptly that worked with my schedule. Titus came to my home on time and was not just knowledgeable and professional, but patient as well. He took the time to outline everything he would do before doing it, asked me questions and answered (so many) of mine. He not only completed the work I needed but kept me in the loop every step of the way. I immediately subscribed to the company's Safety and Savings Plan to have more work done on my home; 3 bedroom light/ceiling fans and 9 can lights in my living room. This time Titus was joined by Chris. The little things the company's team did really showed how much they care about customer satisfaction. Not only was the job done efficiently, but they went above and beyond to make sure they left my home clean from walking in and out of the house during the rain and loose insulation on the floor from installing new lights. The prices for everything are not cheap, but this is truly one of those instances of "you get what you pay for" and the quality and service really speaks for itself. To say that I am satisfied with the service is an understatement and I will definitely be calling Epic Electrical again for future projects.

Once again, Lisa helped me to get an appointment as soon as possible, even watching for cancellations to fit me in.
Don was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He checked things for me that he did not have to, and at no extra cost.

Epic was responsive, helpful, and professional. They replaced two faulty breakers and an outlet that were preventing our electric car from charging. Everything is working great now! While at our home, they provided us with estimates for two possible future projects.

Called to ask permission to arrive early. Very thoughtful. Did not have a replacement bathroom fan/light but showed other options which were not acceptable to that bathroom decor. Consequently he spent time contacting other suppliers which I appreciated. Ultimately he found the exact replacement online and ordered it. He will contact me when it arrives and he hopes it is in working order. Time wil tell but he did all to could do to meet our needs.

The appointment was done so professional and made me feel safe, knowing the work would be done and hone and family are safe. Kelvin and Joseph were great.

Tieson and his team were professional and prompt. They corrected some homeowner "special" work that we inherited when we bought the house. This is the second time that I have used Epic Electrical. The previous time was to troubleshoot why my garage lost power. I would recommend his service to anyone that is looking for a great electrician.

Very professional, came out quick when our heater quit working. Asked them to come back again for some maintenance, and they came right out. Very reasonable and quick.
