Kalvin and Mark found the issues quickly and we’re very pleasant to work with.
Thank you for the good work.

I had a lot of electrical work that needed to be done. I needed to have a overloaded breaker box corrected as well as get power to my garage. I do a lot of woodworking and needed everything from 120v to 240. Josh came and listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to help me have my power set up in a way that would work best for me. I had 4 electricians out and Josh from epic electric was the only one who listened to what I wanted and helped me get there. He also helped me find ways to save money but still get what I needed. Epic electrical provided great service, value and professionalism and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was having an issue with my Nest Thermostat that I'd been dealing with for over a year and a half, including using their customer service.

Vlad came out, took a look at my wiring, and at my furnace, and was able to sort out the issue in very little time. He was very helpful, offered a free home inspection as well, and gave me a few pointers for safety, as well as things to keep an eye on. Very happy with Vlad. He was very friendly, helpful, and did a great job!

Epic electric is a professional business that get's it right the first time. We have used them several times and have not been disappointed. The price and quality of work far exceeds any one else we have used in the past. Will not use anyone else.

Special thanks to the entire Epic crew! There’s something to be said about putting in the extra time to make sure a job is done right. Josh, David, & Nick stayed late (ON A FRIDAY EVENING) to ensure the Electric car charger would be ready for my car. They also upgraded the driveway light to a more efficient LED motion sensor for our security, even personally checking how long I want the light to stay on and the motion sensors sensitivity. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism, and cleanup at the end of the job.

WOW! Epic was amazing! We are adding a bathroom in our house and the location of our breaker box was where our new shower is going to be. Epic came out and not only did a through bid, they offered multiple solutions that I did not think of. Josh and Dave were very professional and did an outstanding job. Final price was what they bid, no hidden fees. THANKS!!!

The EPIC team has done amazing work on our house. We had a very unfortunate set of circumstances that led us to rewire our house and the EPIC team came to the rescue. We enjoyed them and there work so much, that we had them back to work on a basement remodel. I highly recommend EPIC for any job, big or small.

I think the servicemen who came to our house was professional and knowledgable. Overall their team was very nice. However, after further research I think we paid more then we should have for the work done. We paid $566 + taxes to replace an attic fan and install an outlet (we provided the outlet and the fan so that was not included in the cost). Initially we were going to have them remove the old attic fan but it was going to cost $150, so we cut the old fan out while the tech was working on other stuff. After doing so we were still charged for the removal of the old fan because we cut the boards slightly to wide so a couple of 2×4s had to be screwed back on for the install of the new fan...in my opinion $150 is pricey for putting a couple of 2×4s in. They were upfront about the costs in a quote, however we were really hoping to save money by removing the attic fan while they were working on other items so it was a let down when we did that and didnt save anything. If we had saved that money it would have brought the price down to closer to $400 which is much more reasonable for an attic fan and outlet install (since it only took 2 hours for those to be installed). So for 2 hours of work to install a fan and outlet we paid $566, which equates to over $280 an hour.... ouch. To be clear they were at our house for 2.5 hours but were doing an inspection and installing a cover on something for the first half hour (not included in the 566 cost).

We contacted Epic Electrical to get a quote on some electric work we wanted done in our house. Vlad came out and responded to all of our questions! He also pointed out a number of safety concerns and places where a previous owner had probably cut corners. He also broke down his inspection of the house overall and gave us a line item list of everything we asked him about. We could not be happier with Epic Electrical's service and particularly Vlad's work. We look forward to using them again for our projects.
