Used nw mechanical for boiler repair in the past. Called up for an emergency and they refused to service our home because it's been "over a year and we only service customers we've serviced in the past year."

NW Mechanical always does a great job. Aaron was professional and courteous. He fixed our aging boiler and got the system back in gear!

We had a terrible experience with the service! We came all the way from three hours away for the one o’clock appointment. The guy came earlier for the appointment 12:04 instead of one o’clock. We came back from less than ten minutes away. They canceled my appointment for the day. It wasted my whole day for nothing!!!!!

Cleaning our air exchange is a dirty, delicate and awkward job. I was thrilled to find NW Mechanical, who were thoroughly professional from scheduling to completion -- a great weight off my mind, and a major task off my "to-do" list.

As Always, Aaron did a great job on one of our properties. He responded to the emergency call and was able to find the key, and resolved the issue quickly. Thanks Aaron.

We have a geothermal residential furnace. NW Mechanical has always been able to provide prompt quality service for this somewhat unusual setup, with courteous technicians. Very happy with NW Mechanical.

We had a complicated radiant heat system in our new home and Steve did a great job figuring out the problems and solving them. I would highly recommend this company! (And Steve was great too!)

They came our to fix a problem with our radiant floor heating. After their technician said it was fixed and left we realized the heat was still not working. We called them back and they sent out a new technician who charged us again even though the first guy didn't get the heat working. Funny thing is, the second guy claimed the first guy didn't do the work right. When I called in to the office to complain about being charged 2 trip charges and being charged twice their customer service manager never called me back. You should also note that these guys have no price sheet you can go off. I was told by their technician that they charge what they want and get paid bonuses on how much they make on a job. Very shady and we will never use these guys again.

NW Mechanical has provided excellent service and repairs for us on our radiant system on a number of occasions, we were happy to find them and will continue to use them in the future.

Steve was amazing. He fixed our issue, checked out the system and advised/educated us on maintenance that will prevent issues in the future. We really appreciated his expertise.
