Aaron did a fantastic job servicing our minisplit system. He was very thorough whereas those that have done it before just did a cursory look at them. My wife and I are very happy and will ask to have Aaron do all of our servicing in the future!

I used NW Mechanical for steam boiler maintenance. Their tech (Chris) was on-time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered a bunch of random questions I had about the operation and care of my boiler. I will use them again for any maintenance or repair needs.

I have been working with Northwest Mechanical for more than a decade. Most recently I had one of their most experienced technicians, Steve Miller, out to do a pre-winter boiler check. He no doubt save my family from some cold nights by finding and repairing on the spot several problems before they caused failures. Northwest Mechanical has always been there for me. I give them the highest recommendation possible.

Great boiler maintenance service provider. Grant Hoepfner did a great job ensuring everything was working properly and boiler settings were optimal to increase life expectancy of parts. He also went above and beyond by connecting a C-wire to my thermostat so it doesn't need batteries anymore.

Our technician was great, explained some things about our boiler system we didn't know. We were ready to hear we needed a new boiler, but our tech just did a heroic cleanout job (we didn't know it was supposed to be cleaned every couple of years--it was gross) and left us with a reasonable bill and a safe unit. Couldn't be happier.

I had an issue with my electric baseboard heaters. Kyle came out, inspected the system for 15 minutes and informed me that the job would require a grade 6 electrician rather than a grade 1. He proceeded to charge me $160 for the appearance fee and left. I would not recommend them at all and have to contact another electrician and pay another appearance fee to actually fix the issue.

Kyle was professional in appearance, including a mask prompt to the appointment and proceeded to share his knowledge and experience with our problem. He was respectful and answered any question sincerely. He absolute was there to serve, not sell something un-needed. In the end we decides our problem was under control, and Kyle said, “ if this was my house, I wouldn’t do a thing to this system.”

I would definitely recommend NWM and Kyle to anyone needing a bid for heating.

So grateful for this company! We purchased a new home from AKA Builders in Seattle, owned by Alicia Arsene. They never pulled a permit for the boiler, and we had numerous issues with it for months on end, resulting in a very cold winter. Turns out the issues were due to improper installation, which resulted in safety concerns as well. NW Mechanical diagnosed the issues, re-piped the system, installed the correct safety features, programmed the unit correctly, and finally got us up and running 10 months after we moved in. They were fast and efficient. It only took them about 4 hours to get us all fixed up. We had the builder out here more than 10 times over that time period with no results. The City of Seattle is now inspecting the other homes that AKA built without permits. Hopefully their boilers are properly installed before safety problems arise. Apparently this builder has built over 40 homes without pulling the permits and installing the boilers correctly. Lesson learned: Ask for copies of the permits and final inspections from the Builder when purchasing your home. If they refuse to comply, it may mean certain permits were never pulled and installations never checked, even though the home passed a Final building inspection. Anyway, NW Mechanical was professional, prompt, courteous, and did a great job. The inspector came out and passed everything off while they were still here. Grateful to finally have a safe system in place . . . what a relief!

I am perfectly happy with the heating maintenance work that Brendan performed at our place. Since we are not using our heatpump intensively I feel that the maintenance work does not need to be done on an annual basis but maybe every 2 years. Hopefully this is acceptable to you. We will be in touch in about 2 years. Thank you.

Michelle at NW mechanical saved me!!!! I had such an unfortunate situation where I was not able to service one of my customers and I called NW and they were able to get out same day!!!! They went above and beyond coordinate a tech who had to work late on a Friday! Rachel in accounting was amazing and reminded me to use my resale permit since they were a sub! Duh! This company has it together!!! Thank you!!!
