Integrity did some work on my grandma's house in seattle. VERY clean and professional. Zach was the lead on the job and helped us understand what was going on. The whole experience was good and i recommend them to everyone

Robert was very thorough and made sure that all of my questions were answered. He also made sure that I understood my invoice and the tasks that were completed. It was a great experience! Thank you Integrity for taking care of us.

Intergrity? Anything but. They charged 159 dollars for "Diagnosis" which I can deal with. I was told then I need to have two capacitors replaced. They have a combo part that can do the trick. They wanted 395 dollars before tax for that. The two capacitors cost 42 dollars on Amazon and it is a 5-10 minutes job. So the total bill would have been 159+395 plus tax! I declined the service and paid the 159 + tax and sent the technician ( who is a very nice guy following company rule) away. I have deleted their contact info in my list of contractors.

Integrity systems was very helpful for me getting an estimate. I called their office and was referred to Zach Weber.. I recieved excellent service and was very satisfied with the finished job..

Integrity replaced my radiant boiler and they did an excellent job. The quality of the work and the customer service is top notch. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Can't say enough good things about this company. I had a minor problem 10 months after installing my new furnace. They were pleasant to work with and came out right away to fix it. Highly recommend.

My technician was very professional, courteous, and informative. He provided excellent service and my experience with Integrity energy systems has been very positive.

We hired this company in April to fix the radiant heating issues. Guys show up, replaced panels, promised they give a guarantee, so it should be fixed. In October turns out nothing is fixed, now hey declined to fix it. Horrible quality, Rude service and High prices!

Just wanted to give a shout out to our “angel” who restored our heat last Sat. (Weekend before Christmas and the 5” snow the next day) Josh was amazing. Called in the reps from York and found the part to get it installed. He was so professional and caring and I just cannot thank him enough!!!!
