Josh was the technician who serviced my tankless water heater system. He was very professional and educated me on how to maintain my system. I have had great service from Integrity and Josh and will continue to recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Integrity is a company who has gained my trust.

First we want to apologize for taking so long to have this review. We wanted to make sure it's working properly and we are enjoying the system. We had it installed before the big heat wave in Seattle. It was amazing to walk in the house, feel the cool air and be able to sleep at night. We never suffered the historic heat of 2021 in Seattle. Now we are enjoying it for the last 3 weeks, it's a nice warm house. Thank you INTEGRITY ENERGY SYSTEM. We want to thank and mention Hakimi and his young apprentice(sorry we forgot his name) for their professionalism. They got here on time and had a cloth on the flours to keep them clean, polite, mask on, humble and wonderful professionals. We are very pleased with their work. Hakimi is a treasure for Integrity Energy System. We suggest this company for our neighbors, friends, family. We highly recommend Integrity Energy System. Spent $25k to install a heat pump unit in Seattle. It was a horrible experience all round. Touted their installation skills and installation plan was supposedly finalized then changed last minute on day of installation. New holes had to be drilled in other parts of the wall and left out in open view.

Unit leaked after installation, causing thousands of dollars of damage, and they refused to cover. No inspection was done after installation, and after inspector came out, the inspector said that they installed the unit wrong. Today, two years after the unit was installed they still have not completed inspection.

Not responsive to emails either.

Integrity Energy Systems installed a ductless heating and AC system in our home in September, and we can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. Jason (who did the estimate) was clearly the most knowledgable and experienced of the three estimators that came to our home, and he did a great job laying out our new system. We appreciated all of our interactions with him, especially his willingness to explain how to self-maintain our system.
The installation by Hakimi and Brandon was of exceptional quality, as well as very pleasant. They were conscientious and thoughtful about all aspects of working on AND being in our home. Hakimi went above-and-beyond in making sure each heater head was installed in the best possible location, discussing the options with us for working around small peculiarities of our home. When an electrician from outside the company accidentally punctured a hot water line in our home, Hakimi fixed the leak, cleaned up the mess and had water running again within 30 minutes. We would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

I've been working with Integrity Energy since 2012. They installed and regularly maintain my Trane furnace and heat pump. They also installed a Kohler generator for me. The people at Integrity are professional, kind, and know their stuff. I've always been happy with the work they've done for me.

I have used Integrity Energy Systems multiple times to replace water heaters and HVAC systems for my primary residence as well my rental properties. Robert H gave exceptional service by being prompt, provided excellent communication and walked me through exactly what was wrong and what my options were. The transparency in the process really goes a long way to earn my trust in the company.

Integrity installed a heat pump for me several years ago and I haven't had any issues with it so far. They've always been prompt, even making a same day appointment work out when I needed it (turned out to be an icicle in the system, nothing to worry about). I've worked with Jason, Josh, Robert and Gregg over the years and they've always been professional and courteous. I'd use them again.

I had 7 bids for replacement of my gas furnace and after careful consideration I choose Integrity Energy Systems. Consideration comprised of sales' person approach, quality of product and installation and commitment to stand behind both, price (of course), respect toward customer (me) and well, that ol' gut feeling. Their price was not quite the cheapest yet much less than the most expensive.

They have been fantastic to work with. Completed the work very timely even after running into some additional unexpected configuration issues with my very old house. They promised no change orders and they stayed with price committed. Other companies had come up with the same route configuration for PVC piping but there were those that had built in an 'up charge' if they encountered problems. The product is running great (Trane S9V2). IES has been responsive to all my questions and needs regarding the operation of the furnace always responding immediately and going the 'extra'.

So -- I give Integrity Energy a 5 star. From salesperson Zachery , Jake and Hakeme installers, to Joolie in administration, this has been a very reassuring, competent and honorable company to work with. I have owned houses for over 40 years and dealt with my share of service companies - IES gets top rating.

My Technician was very professional and was able to address all of my concerns and got the gas stove working and helped me with old fireplace quote.
Was very polite and the company from booking the appt to the end was a great experience.
