We've been consistently really happy with the service we've gotten from these guys! Techs are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and communicate clearly about what they're doing and why. We've had them out to do repairs on our AC unit, tankless water heater, and furnace, as well as to do routine maintenance on all 3 systems, and each time, we've had nothing but positive experiences. They arrive on time, clean up well, and offer transparent, reasonable choices when they're available. Josh went out of his way last year to get us a replacement water heater paid for by the manufacturer even when it was out of warranty, and this year, when Robert worked on our furnace, he dealt with some frustrating problems that were not his fault without complaint or even a suggestion of additional cost. Josh shared space with an electrician who was working in our home on the same day, and did so professionally and smoothly. Robert happened to be working at our house on the same day that our neighbors were having a new water heater installed by a competitor, and the comparison made it clear that these guys are a superior company. We taped their card to our water heater so we'd always know who to call!

Integrity Energy Systems is easy to work with. Phone support is good, explaining what can be done, and letting me set the service times I need. And when it comes to checkups, Robert always explains things in a way I can understand and does not push me to buy things I don't need. So I trust him to tell me what I DO need.

I was in the area looking for help on installing can lights in my kitchen was referred by a friend to call Integrity. They gave me affordable prices and the two gentlemen who came out to help were wonderful and very clean with their work! I want to thank integrity and Luis and Joel for doing great quality work and being able to manage with my needs.

Above and beyond customer service from Zack. I have an old heating system and it's been challenging to find a shop that can do the repair. Zack came out the same day I called and assessed the problem.

Integrity Energy Systems couldn't do the work because our building is considered "commercial" due to height. Zack diagnosed the issue and he placed the referral call to another provider before he left. So while I don't have the opportunity to rate their work, I can say that Integrity provided the provided the best customer service out of a dozen other shops I called in the last six months.

We had an incredible experience with Robert. He worked tirelessly over a few weeks to diagnose a complex HVAC/Hot Water System problem with our hot water. It took multiple trips and multiple tries but the entire time he was communicative, innovative, humble, and helpful. It was a super challenging time for us and Robert made it about as easy as a bad situation can be. Also Integrity did all the right things around cost. I'm incredibly thankful and grateful for the work Robert and the team at Integrity did. Highly recommend them to anyone with complex HVAC /Water problems.

Intergrity Systems is a GREAT company. My split system was installed by an evil company that installed it in a horrible location which caused a problem with the A/C. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or help me fix it. Then I found Taylor at Integrity. He was incredibly helpful and figured out a solution. If you are getting a Mitsubishi split system, use this company if you want it to work correctly.

I scheduled some electrical work with Zach who was extremely professional and was on top of my service needs. The electrician (Joel Hyde) not only was knowledgeable but was fast and professional as well. Integrity is a top notch company. I would recommend them to anyone.
