My home heating hydronic system had been pumping hot water throughout my home for as long as I’ve lived here - 4 years. In the summer the house was extremely hot. A number of people had looked at the system with no suggestions. When Josh Ogle from Integrity Energy Systems came out to address another issue, he showed me how to mitigate the extra heat and my home is now far more comfortable. I am so happy! If you ever have any issue with a hydronic system call Integrity and ask for Josh. He is the man!

Jason once walked me through a complex problem late at night, offering to save me a lot of money on an after hours call when he could have taken easy money. That showed the Integrity in their name.

Having moved houses, we called Jason and team when the builders failed to support their own work. Jason and team sent out Joe, who diagnosed a crazy Freon leak in the center of our coil — a terrible issue that had been treated incorrectly before. The repair wasn’t easy (having to fit in a new coil), but the result is our system runs better than the day it was installed.

Moreover, when we needed a quick check before the season (still nervous things might not be perfect), the team send out Kyle who was quick to test the core of our system and confirm the great work Joe did (no sniping at co-workers, but qualified praise for team and company).

You might find cheaper if that’s most important to you, but in terms of the type of company to trust your home with we are happy to recommend the Integrity team.

I got quotes from three companies to install mini split air conditioning in my townhome. Integrity Energy Systems gave me the best price on their first offer. They were also the most attentive to my needs and offered the best design of the system out of all the contractors. I'm in my first summer using the system now and everything works perfectly. Special shout out to Josh for designing and coordinating the install, and to Aaron and Haikimi who performed the install and were very efficient and professional.

All of my service requests through IES has been such a pleasant, easy, and positive experience. Both Ibs and Kyle are amazing technicians who do a great job on site, and take the time to explain everything to me. Their rep Angela is also so helpful over the phone, and keeps me updated every step of the way in terms of the technicians arrivals. She also took the time to explain the warrantees and annual maintenance plan to me, which I really appreciate! Overall I really enjoy working with this company, and can always expect excellent and prompt service.

We had a great experience with Integrity! Our service technician was thoughtful, thorough and kind. He gave a detailed explanation of the issues with our HVAC system and our options moving forward. Would highly recommend them and Will be using them to install a new system in the near future.

These guys rock, met with them on Friday last week, got my new split system installed one week later. Special thanks to Ronnie and Roman who were the lead installers on the team and they both were very professional and did an amazing job. I received 3 quotes and IES was the least expensive and most comprehensive quote from a detail perspective. Great experience, highly recommended!

Excellent Customer Service: An endangered species!

We needed a service call for our gas-fired fireplace. But calls to several businesses produced no results: ‘ We didn’t sell it to you’; or ‘not making house calls due to covid-19’; or ‘next month ok?’; etc.

Finally we reached Integrity Energy Systems who could come in a week! But on the day of our appointment, their service tech called in sick.

Rather than rescheduling, Integrity diverted another tech, who was enroute to a different appointment, to our home. After quickly fixing our issue, he said there would be no charge since he was going to be nearby anyway!

Now that’s customer service!

We will definitely will use their services in the future, and can recommend them highly.

The team at Integrity installed a mini-split heat pump for heating / air conditioning. Our home is not an easy install with nearby neighbors, multiple stories, and tight spaces. But the team did a great job both inside and out. Very highly recommended.

Kyle helped me consider my options for a 30 year old heating system that has been unreliable. He was very knowledgeable about different heating technology coming soon. He didn't try to sell me on a new system and I appreciated his practical advice on how to keep my current system running for a while longer.
