I am so impressed with the Integrity team! They installed a new furnace and AC for my home and everything went better than I could have expected. Thank you to Taylor, Jason, Scott, Ronnie, and Billy for making the installation a seamless and positive experience! I highly recommend Integrity!

I called Integrity to review problems in my current system, which wasn’t cooling/heating well since it was installed. Joe H. came out and relentlessly worked until the system was working. He was friendly, patient, and took time to explain exactly what he was doing.

Special shout-out to Angela, too, who worked to ensure schedules aligned and prioritized Service time to fix the problem.

Taylor came out quickly for my free estimate. He was responsive to emails and worked with me on a bid that fit my needs. Of the three companies I received bids from, I went with Integrity because their pricing was competitive, and I like that they carry the Mitsubishi brand of mini-splits. The team that came for the install was professional, clean, and did a fantastic job with the install. I am so happy to be done with my electric baseboard heat and looking forward to summer with AC.

I had to replace a furnace in a hurry and Taylor was amazing to work with from start to finish. He provided a very fair proposal, with an alternate that he thought would benefit my situation, without upselling me anything I didn’t need. Carson, the installer, was very polite and responsive throughout. He also left the work area spotless, which I very much appreciated. Everything was easy and I was able to pay with a credit card. I highly recommend. I had a great experience.

I needed someone to service my gas fireplace. Robert was assigned the job and I couldn't have been more happy. He was very nice to chat with and he thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issues we were having.

He came out twice- the first time he attempted to clean the ignition valve to get it to start. Though his persistence, unfortunately the fireplace guts were too old to to salvage. He scheduled a follow up appointment with the needed replacement parts. I would be out of town for his second visit, but he coordinated with my realtor for access to the unit. He personally called me to let me know when the job was done and even cleaned up the frosted over fireplace glass.

All in all we were very happy with Robert's professionalism, kindness, and results. Would recommend to anyone.

The tech was very nice but the quote was astronomically high. Also, I was told that they refused to service my older water heater but would come out to give a quote. Despite not servicing it they still charged a $165 safety inspection, which was not expected or communicated in advance.

Integrity did a fabulous job installing my Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat heat pump system. The unit's quality has been outstanding & Integrity's follow-up service has been great too. Mat, Billy, Levi, Robert, Taylor and the office staff have provided great service and advice.

Integrity energy systems has proven to be a top notch, professional company the couple of times we have used them. Robert is a sharp, hard working guy who is very thorough and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend integrity for your furnace and air conditioning needs.

Robert from Integrity came to our house to repair our furnace which had been broken for almost a week in the middle of winter. After having another company come in and try and fail to fix the furnace I was reassured by Robert’s familiarity with our furnace. He accurately diagnosed the problem and was back a day later with the parts to fix it. Now, we’ve got heat! Robert was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use integrity again!

My wife and I recently worked with Integrity to install a gas insert in place of our old wood burning fireplace. Zachary and Taylor from Integrity came out to see what the job would take and provided us with bids for a few options. I appreciate that they sent us a realistic bid and included the add-ons we’d talked about, so there were no surprises when it came to the actual invoice amount.

Zachary took point on coordinating the project and was very responsive and checked in throughout to make sure we were happy with their work and progress. The install team was very professional and efficient, and did a great job getting the gas line to the fireplace with a much smaller hole in the sheet rock where they needed access to the back of the chimney than I thought possible. I was expecting a cut from floor to ceiling and instead found only about a one foot by four inch opening near floor level, which was easily patched over. We also use Integrity to service our gas furnace and have been very happy with their maintenance team. They’ve delivered as promised every time we have worked with them and have earned our trust for future projects.
