Looked at 3 bids and Go-Green ultimately had the best combination of expertise and value. They expertly figured out a solution for reaching the top floor of my 30+ foot townhouse and executed flawlessly. Great communication from both the estimator and the install crew. Had a great deal of difficulty with our Daikin heating/cooling system. Called Go Green and was amazed at their quick response. We received expert service from Mark and his team. Mark at GoGreen and the whole team were super responsive and able to beat the competition on price and timeline. Our new heatpump AC units beat the recent Seattle heat, showing that they were appropriately sized. It was a big job on an old house with major electrical upgrades and got done in time for our move in despite the sourcing issues that plague electrical installs this summer.

We love our new heat pump. Gavin and Tyler went out of their way to install the unit where we wanted, and did the difficult, dirty job of removing the old ducting. They were informative, friendly and exceptionally punctual! They worked very clean and explained everything along the way. We could have used more guidance on how to select a unit/model, but most the units out there seem to have similar performance and warrantees.
