I have come to terms with replacing my boiler unit. I contacted Go Green Heating & Air Conditioning and I had a great experience. Luis responded to my service need promptly. Just had Luis’ team to replace my very old HVAC. Quoted with several places, including PSEG, HD, Luis’ quote is very competitive to several other technicians, and much much better than PSEG and HD. They came in the other day after calling them, spent around 6 hours installing. Really appreciated!

I highly recommend Go Green. Luis has been very responsive and diligent. Takes time to explain and charges are reasonable. He installed our HVAC system and it works very well. Whenever there is an issue i just call him and he promptly addresses the concern. Very efficient, knowledgeable and does good work.

My AC went out randomly yesterday and I got in touch with Luis immediately. He came out the next morning to troubleshoot the issue. Luis did a very thorough job diagnosing the issue and advise me on how to proceed. He did not try to sell me on overpriced solutions I did not need. That honesty won over my trust for his service. Best believe I will contact him the future to service my other HVAC components.

Air Conditioning turned off at 3 am during a very hot night and even hotter week. Called Go Green at 7 am that morning and Luis showed up 1 hour later at 8 am. He thoroughly checked my compressor and found nothing wrong. He went into my attic and found my drain pan was clogged causing the unit to turn off. He removed the water and unclogged the drain. Luis was honest, professional, kind, clean, and efficient. His fee was very reasonable. Thank you Go Green and Luis. I would definitely recommend Go Green and will call in the future for any HVAC problems.

Luis from Go Green is the specialist we had the pleasure of doing business with. He speaks honestly about the issue and what options are available in order to resolve it. I went through two other companies related to a leak in our AC unit. Both of them go with the standard business lines about how it will be an expensive project and did not provide reasonable alternatives or pricing.

On a side note, we had the worry free service from our energy supplier and utilized it thinking their service will cover all aspects. Turned out they just come and do a simple pressure check and told us we need to get a different specialist to locate where the leak is and patch it. Only then can they do anything further. Also, the tech mentioned that their refill rate just increased to match industry standard. With that I ended the worry free service.

We reached back to Luis who explained to us the options that are available and the possible outcomes with either option we decide to go with. He didn't push us one way or another. Based on the information he provided and for our personal comfort and value, we went with the long term solution. He laid out the plan on getting the issue resolved and did it on time.

I would do business with this company again as they are straightforward and willing to work within our budget in resolving an issue.
