Mark and team did an amazing job! They added central air to our existing forced air heating system AND added a gas fireplace insert to our existing wood-burning fireplace.

They were highly communicative and responsive, worked quickly and cleanly, and did an outstanding job getting both complete. They were punctual and coordinated with me and my electrician on new circuits.

All in all - they were consultative and ensured we had a great experience!! I highly recommend them and would work with them again.

Mark responded to our call right away and was to our furnace within 24 hours. He did a brief maintenance and we were as good as new - and warm again! Final bill was less than initial estimate. Honest, up front and won’t oversell. We are using them again for maintenance moving forward as well as to install a tankless water heater. A really nice guy on top of it.

I hired Go Green to replace my old electric furnace with a modern multi-zone heat pump system because of all the companies I consulted they had the best price, highest-rated equipment, and an installation timeframe that worked for me.

The install went smoothly and quickly, and they were also able to remove my old furnace and ductwork, freeing up way more space in my basement.

The electrician they hired originally had flaked out, but they were able to come through with another electrician pretty quickly as well. It did push the final installation back by a day, but that was hardly their fault.

Now I have a great heat pump system and a much more comfortable house. Thanks!

Best HVAC installers in Seattle! I was nervous myself relying on Google Reviews, but after getting 3 quotes, Go Green was not only reasonably priced, they are professional, and did an amazing job. They came on the day they promised and the installation went off without a hitch. Would use them again.

I am very pleased with the work Go Green did for me in installing a wall heat/AC unit. They were prompt, the employees were courteous and I did not have to wait long for an appt. to have the work done.

Go green installed our AC last Oct, their bid was the most competitive one, and also they are more flexible with our schedule.
It’s quite hard to evaluate the installation process since I have no other benchmarks, but the entire process was smooth and well communicated.
What’s outstanding is their service. Recently, given the hot summer, we turned on AC and noticed it wasn’t working very well. We emailed them one night and boom, they were at our doors the next day morning. It took quite awhile to fix it, but the workers went for great details to make sure everything is fixed (like climbing 2 stories high) and they remained very cheerful all the time.

Quite competent. Busy like all contractors and they offer great products at competitive pricing. They were recommended to me as a heating contractor to replace my old furnace (and H/W tank). They provided quality components at a competitive pricing. I'm happy with what they did and will call them again when I need a heat pump added to my system.

I recently had a ductless AC installed and the Go Green team was absolutely amazing. They were prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job on the installation. Even their 3rd party electrician was of the highest quality when running the new power line, doing a great job hiding the new line that was run. The new line was so well hidden that I didn't even realize the job was done when I had asked what time he would be back the next day. I wish I could give 6 stars.

I have an existing installation with GoGreen that was done as part of a large remodel. The location of the heating pumps was not what we desired and we were not adequately consulted as to their location during the project. However, we decided to wait to move them until a later phase in our project where it would actually be required and we were fully willing to pay that cost.

When the time came to move the units, GoGreen's owner Mark, ignored us on email and phone, as well as our contractor. Likely because the work is not as profitable for the company as new installations, but it points to a lack of follow through and professionalism.

I’ve worked with countless subcontractors in my life.... Go Green is top notch service. The owner, Mark, is amazing and I can really tell he selects his employees carefully. Quality work from stand out employees. Mark will go out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. I look forward to all of my future business with Go-green. Honesty and loyalty isn’t easy to come by these days.
