Go Green Heating & Air Conditioning

I called here to get my Heat-N-Glo fireplace fixed because this place had a great rating on Yelp. Mark is a very friendly guy and did a great job fixing my fireplace. I’m very happy but if I had to point out one thing, my original appointment was on Monday the 21st at 9am and I had to get a permission from my boss to come to work in the afternoon that day. No one showed up even after 930am so I was going to call them but then I found out that he sent me email saying he won’t make it that day due to some last minute trouble. He did send me the email at 630am but I don’t check my emails that often and it being the day of the appointment, I wish he had called instead of emailed... but perhaps he didn't want to wake me up that early... :)

Yet, all in all, I’m very satisfied. One part needed to be replaced and he drove all the way to Tacoma! (from my house in Renton) to get it for me instead of trying to come on another day so he can get it done on one day. Things like this and again, Mark being a very nice guy in addition to reasonable price, I think this place deserves 5 stars.

If you’re in doubt, think about this... why is he getting great ratings here and also on Yelp as well? Don’t hesitate... call this place and ask for Mark :)

I originally gave Go Green a five star review. After their initial visit, I asked for a quote to repair, or replace my furnace. I never heard back from them, even though I called the company at least four times. On each call, I was told they would contact me. Nothing.

I had a great experience with Go Green Heating and Air conditioning. I tried multiple times to find someone to complete my job but either never received a response or they could not complete my job. Go Green responded immediately and provided me with a fair quote. I was scheduled for the job and they came as they promised on time and did a fantastic job. Mark was great to work with and would highly recommend this company if you want to work with someone who is fair and values customer satisfaction.

We received 3 bids for a 4-head mini-split install. Go Green offered the best price and even discouraged us from some of the "upgrades" that others recommended. They were extremely informative and responsive and got on us on the schedule quickly. The installers were professional and friendly. They worked with us to incorporate our preferences on how to do the install, did a great job, and finished on time. We were very happy doing business with Go Green and recommend them wholeheartedly.

We hired the Go Green team to install a mini split HVAC system on our townhome. Jeremy did an incredible job walking us through how the system would be installed and details of the install, such as where we wanted the lines run, where the unit would be installed, etc. He thought through a lot of details with us to ensure he provided an accurate estimate. Jeremy also made sure he was there on the first day of install and to ensure Gavin understood our desires. Gavin did an amazing job with the install and ensured everything was to our standards and that were were happy. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to have a similar install on their home. Go Green is prompt, professional, detail oriented, and competitively priced.

They did a great job installing a mini-split system in our house. The installers were communicative and professional and made sure to check in often to confirm decisions. We ran into some unexpected issues with our house's electrical system, and I was impressed with the professionalism of Go Green to find a solution.

Tyler and crew were on time, efficient, and a pleasure to work with for our multiple mini split installation. They made sure to explain everything to me and demonstrated their expertise with seamless 2 day installation. I’d highly recommend Go Green!

Go Green was AWESOME!! Furnace broke and they were very responsive and helpful to get us a new one QUICKLY without charging us a "surcharge". The 2 installers were awesome too. Very nice, professional, considerate and friendly. And knew their stuff!!

The whole process was very smooth. The technicians that showed up were clean, friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently to install the system and then spent a few minutes going over the functions of the system so I knew how to use everything. It was all done very quickly and they cleaned up everything as they left so it was as if they were never there. I would definitely recommend Go Green to anyone in need of heating & air conditioning work!

Moved into a house with an older gas furnace and didn't know anything about its service history. Josh from Go Green was awesome. Very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me what he was looking for while servicing the old furnace. Definitely knew what he was doing and was very thorough. Go Green is our go-to HVAC company from now on!
