The repair tech was friendly and courteous but misdiagnosed the problem. Told me the board in the furnace needed replacement (2-3k cost). Suggested getting a new furnace instead. Subsequently, another company was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem without replacing the board.
I recently had a cooling and heating system installed in my home. I was referred to them, and they did an exceptional job. They were very professional, clean, and efficient throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their systems updated or replaced.

Great service. I was able to get in for a service call the same day I called, and the guys were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions, and even gave a few tips on how to make my house more energy-efficient so that it would be just as comfortable when it got warmer outside.
At first glance they look great with their reviews and the initial call to their customer service to make an appointment. They quickly set everything up so that a technician would come out a few hours later within a 3 hour window. However, no one showed up. They have you sign up and pay $99 for their service through Premium Home Service. Due to this I worry about it just being a scam, as no one has you pay upfront without service. But I desperately needed my heater fixed as we are in the wet and cold season. I called their customer service and spoke with someone that sounded like they were stoned and couldn't answer any questions and started just not talking... probably because they had no clue of how to do customer service. I told her thank you after she couldn't patch me through to anyone else or to a manager. I called back and someone else picked up (Third party company) and they were able to answer my questions. I had them give me a refund as they wanted to schedule a week out and didn't try to retain my business.
Do not use this company as it sounds like a third party company that has no communication with the technicians. No one called, texted, emailed, or messaged me through the app they made me sign up for. I would give them a ZERO if I could. Also, I will find out in a few business days if I get my money back. So be cautious as their business might be a scam.
Excellent first encounter with this business. The service representative, John, arrived on time. provided valuable advice on how to reduce the cost of components and supplies. He definitely knows his stuff. Couldn't be happier with the prompt, courteous, and expert service. Bravo!!
I was glad to have this company service my Air Conditioner again after we used them long time ago and really had a great experience. The excellent service they had given us before is what made us look for them again. It is great to see that they still maintaining their great services and wonderful employees. They installed our new AC and we were pleased. Never hesitate having them for your AC services.
