After getting quotes from 2 different companies that were equal,we chose Green City Heating because they were clearly the most knowledgeable and professional and personable and a family run business. During every step of the process, all of their representatives were timely ,efficient , caring , knowledgeable and thorough. My husband fell and needed help getting up, stopping bleeding and 911 services, the two young men took over and did it all. They followed up and explained everything very well. They are our go-to heating and AC subcontractor and have done several jobs at our home over the years. The most recent was replacing our 50 plus year old duct work system, which was an ineffective design in dispensing heat throughout our home. They worked around our other subcontractors schedule and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them.

They are professional, professional and professional. They helped us to replace the huge and complex old heating system to two high efficiency gas furnaces and a tankless water heater. Looks good and working well. Customer services are friendly, and works are very knowledgeable.

Job well done! Hired Green City for an AC check. Powered up on the first hot day of the year, AC starting making “clanking” noise
heard from inside the house. Green City technician arrived on-time and ready to go. Tech was friendly, courteous and knew his job.

Big thumbs down for Green City. Inquired with them about servicing my AC. Once I started asking questions about service costs they declined my business. It seems Green City only wants stupid customers they can rip off. Rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
