Green City Heating and Air Conditioning

Jasper and Ron just installed our three new heat pumps. We were impressed with their professionalism and work ethic, everything was explained to us, they worked a very long day to get everything done in one day and came back the next morning for an hour to hook us up and finish with the last details. We would recommend Green City Heating and Air Conditioning!

Jeff did a good job quoting the service over the phone. Tony and Devon were on time and did a good job installing both our furnace and hot water heater. The only negative was that Jeff had asked my wife the source of heat (propane or gas) over the phone and she wasn't sure so they landed on propane. When the guys were here they started installing a propane based product. They realized a little into the job that it was gas but had the appropriate equipment to make the change onsite. They could have checked before starting to ensure they had the right products since the quote had been done site unseen. Overall we are happy and would use Green City in the future.

Green City was responsive to our initial request, came out in a timely manner to complete an assessment and provide a quote. They were able to complete the install the fastest of any competitor. We got caught up in the current material shortage and they were unable to fully finish in the job on install day. Luckily the owner, Jeff, was able to come through for us right before a heat way and find a way to complete the job. Jeff clearly cares about his company and clients.

Cancelled my appointment 10 minutes into the arranged time then was told a diagnostic alone would be $300 and they may not even be able to solve my problem. Unprofessional and had to look elsewhere

And I'd recommend Alex, the technician, to anyone whose furnace needs servicing. He was on time, professional, and checked carefully to be sure things were working properly. Plus he was easy to talk with while answering my questions. I'll call them again the next time my furnace needs its maintenance check-up!

We hired Green City Heating and Air to install a ductless mini-split system in our house to replace our furnace. The new system is amazing!! No more cold spots in the house, much less dust spreading through the house, and I can't wait for the summer because we now have A/C!!! Not only is the new system working great, the installation was a pleasant experience. Every single person that I interacted with at this company provided the best customer experience that you could possibly ask for. From the owner, Jeff, the folks in the office, Tiffany, Alex, and Trevor, and the installers, Shawn, Mike, and Robert, they're all awesome! They all very obviously take pride in their work, and genuinely cared that I was a satisfied customer.

Green City is great! From start to finish the experience was so worry free. The lovely gal in the office had a bid scheduled the next day. The salesman was fantastic, came out for the bid and found the right equipment and plan to get us all back up and running. The install crew was polite and neat, before they left they even explained the settings on our thermostat. Overall the best!

Just had the furnace installed a few days after we called. Local company to call was great. Can't stand the national 800 number call centers with no local knowledge. The salesman was easy to work with and fit my needs into the product that was right for our install. Very professional installers. Made sure we knew how to operate the features and left the place better than they found it. Love the quiet fan and warm house again.

We had a great experience with this company. The owner personally worked with us on the pricing and made our new furnace install fit our budget. The service was prompt, installers arrived the next day. installers Alex and Jasper, were neat and knowledgeable and our home is warm. We encourage others to use this company they are family owned and very personable.

Green City Heating installed a mini split ductless system for me. The team was great to work with! From Jeff, owner, who sent me the proposal, to Isaac and Davino, the installers. I asked 3 companies for a quote and decided to choose Green City Heating, not only because of the price but also because of Jeff's expertise. He worked with me based on my needs and also suggested improvements to my ideas based on his experience.

My project took two days. Isaac and Davino arrived on time on both days, reconfirmed placement with me, and went to work. Angel, the electrician, also did a great job. All were professional, friendly and clean.

I enjoyed Green City Heating and will definitely reach out to them for future heating and cooling needs.
