Green City Heating and Air Conditioning

Another A/C company failed to show up for an appointment. I called Green City on a Friday afternoon hoping they could fit us into their busy schedule, which they did. Technician Robert was fast, courteous and efficient and had a new capacitor installed in just a few minutes.

My heating quit so I found Greencity on internet. They had $59 diagnosis deal so I called and they gave me next day appointment. Meanwhile I checked the heater found that burners were coming on but not the blower. I gave that information to Rod when he walked in the door. He checked and told me the capacitor needs replaced. The SURPRISE: GREENCITY CHARGED $139.00 FOR IT PLUS $59 rounded to around $200. Mechanic was done in 20 minutes. I know the cost of original capacitor is around $20 on the manufacturer website. I think the fair value of their work is no more than $100. SO BEWARE OF THE COSTS, DISCUSS ALL OPTIONS.

My heater went out on me on Christmas day. It got cold in the house. At 8AM on the day after Christmas, I was on the phone. They had someone out to the house within a half hour and had a new heating system installed before the end of the day. Great service, very professional. I'm a repeat customer and will come back. Thanks Guys!!!

Green City Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our Furnace and Water heater. Everything went very smoothly, on time, and all the folks were very kind and answered all my questions.

Great experience. They fixed my pool heater this month. They came out when they said they would, ordered parts, came back, installed and stuck to the bid. I will continue to use them in the future

It's been since September 20th since the initial call to fix a heater. It's still unfinished work. After 4 visits and a good deal of frustration I think I'm done.
