I highly recommend Kohler HVAC, whether it is AC or Heating Service or repairs or New and Installations. They ARE VERY professional and their knowledge on these systems are beyond compare. They stand by their work an if you have a problem they respond in a super timely manner. I highly recommend yearly service for both systems-no sweat no hassle. give them a try next time you may have any issues w/ your systems, you'll be glad you did.

Such a great experience. Installers were well prepared, super knowledgeable and very friendly. I was so surprised how fast they removed my old system and installed my new heat pump and furnace getting me up and running in a day. So happy I used Kohler Heating. First time using Kohler, after recommendation fro our realtor. Gordon was prompt, courteous and professional, and I signed up for a heating/ac maintenance contract on the spot. Great initial interaction.

We got a quote for a new heat pump system from Kohler in early June. Earliest date for installation was in mid-August. The night before installation, they called and told us they had to reschedule in order to complete another job. We rescheduled for a few days later. No problem.

Installer and his assistant spent most of the day installing the new system, did a few tests, then gave me a quick tutorial for using the new thermostat. Installer also noted that he was missing a part, as well as an air filter. He told me someone could stop by and take care of those small items easily.

Friday, I called to ask when they'd be out to complete the job. They said they'd check with the installer and for part availability, but never got back to me. But next Monday they came out and took care of the issues.

Their price seemed a bit high, but the installers and office personnel were all very friendly. Consider Kohler's for your next HVAC job.

Mom's furnace woke us one morning to 78 degrees. It would not shut off! It is a very old furnace, but a Kohler. I called them right away. I spoke to Kaisha who was very kind and concerned. My mom at 98 year's old is easily chilled!
Problem was solved during Easter holiday . I am so grateful to Brandon, a gentleman and a genius, Gordon who kindly came the first day, and special thanks to Tracy, for coordinating communications with my family until a part was found. She was very kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend this crew.

Kohler is a great company to do business with from Sales with Alex to the installer's David and Dennis to Frances and the rest of the sales staff. Everybody is friendly and professional.

I am trying to set up a meeting for their rep to come over and price hvac system. Previous owners have used them to install a furnace. So why wouldn’t I do it too? Email communication, appointment set up is a nightmare. After several reminders when I finally scheduled for the appointment the rep does not show up, and I am being told that I cancelled the appointment last minute. I hope that their technicians are better that customer service. It’s a no no for me.
