Evan and Alex were here to perform maintenance on the furnace and heat pump to my home. They were very professional, and answered all my questions concerning what they were doing to my satisfaction. On a five star rating, I give them five stars.

We had Air Flo Heating give us a quote on a ductless heat pump. Darren who met with us was extremely professional and honest along with very knowledgeable and spent the time looking at all our options; checking our attic space to make sure the unit we were interested would work and did not rush us when asking many questions.
After meeting with 2 other companies who were less than helpful and did not take any time with options available we went with Air Flo.
They arrived on time; Matt & Tim the installers were extremely professional and friendly and did an amazing job. They installed in a timely manner and our final price came in lower than the quote.
We could not be happier that we went with Air Flo and would highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Our heating system failed on a very cold January day (due to an installation fault that had not been detected before). Adam from Air Flo arrived after regular business hours the same day and worked until late on the evening to resolve the difficult problem. Great, professional service and a gentleman to boot. Pricey but well worth it given the circumstances.
