Kohler Heating & Air Conditioning

I’ve used Koehler services -annually for a few years, now. Always great to work with. This year, Joe came to work on HVAC for 2 different reasons. He is very professional, and takes the time to explain why certain parts are helpful or their purpose. His background education obviously has given him a step up. Quite a gem of a member of the team.

We had a regularly schedule maintenance service call today. Stu was the technician who worked on our heat pump, he was extremely polite and considerate of our home. He did a great job explaining what he did and even gave me some tips for improving air flow in our inefficiently designed home. Thanks Stu!

Joe did a great job. Got here on time, explained e everything and looks like he got the issue resolved on the spot.
This was service for my pool heater.

Previously I was in contact with the local Fireplace/Aqua store in Puyallup and Bonney Lake for the same issue. Those guys wouldn't even come out to look at it, they were rude on the phone and totally unwilling to help. Not surprising though, thats the service I'm used to with them.

Kohler on the other hand is absolutely 5 stars.

By far, the most professional,polite crew I have had install a home hvac system. On-time, respectful of owners privacy, did incredible detailed installation of challenging project . Top-notch, 5-star rating !!

We lost power during a cold snap and Kohler got a team out next day to rebuild, repair, and restart our furnace. The experience from appointment to finished work was smooth, friendly, and well explained. I would use them again and highly recommend Kohler Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone.

We’d been having issues with water from the unit spilling into the garage floor. Not massive amounts, but still … Stuart (Stewart?) was very thorough in taking things apart, and when he was uncertain he had his boss Ron come over. Between the two of them they seem to have found the leak and put everything back together. Despite what was expected to be a fast maintenance turning into an extensive affair they never appeared frustrated, rushed or less than committed to providing excellent customer service.

This company is wonderful. Excellent customer service from the office, scheduler to the repair technician. Caring, efficient, honest.

Kohler Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new Trane heat pump and furnace earlier this month. Trane is my preferred brand, and my new system replaced my old 26 year old Trane heat pump and furnace. From previous experience with Kohler, I had remembered the great service I had received. I knew I would be choosing Kohler again when the time came to replace my old system. Today I needed to have the fan adjusted inside my air handler, so Joe came today to quickly take care of it. Kohler is so easy to work with, and all of their technicians are knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend Kohler Heating and Air Conditioning for sales and service.
