I had CSI HVAC install ductless heating and AC units. Kevin told me that one large unit would heat my entire downstairs with maybe a 1-2 degree difference between the rooms. Based on that information, I installed a large unit in my downstairs family room. The temperature difference is extreme and we are unable to keep the front room cold or warm depending on the weather. So, I have to live with a a HUGE unit that does not heat my downstairs a promised and yes secondary heating and cooling in my front room to make up the difference. I reached out to Kevin on numerous occasions, he did not respond. I made a complaint to BBB and he did not respond to their claims either to the degree that that claim is now closed and I have no remedy for the unsatisfactory system I installed in my house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
