Everyone at AM/PM did an outstanding job handling every aspect of our heating system needs. The were knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. John the installer gladly answered all of my questions about the new system. I would highly recommend them.

If I could have left 0 stars, I would have. This is the worst company I have ever delt with! These people are ridiculous! I scheduled an appointment with them between 10:30 and 11 and no one showed up. When I called in the dingbat receptionist couldn't figure out who I even was and then turned it around on me stating that he was there, but early and couldn't call because he left his phone at another call. None of which was my fault. Long story short, the lady on the phone was a complete waste of space. She ended up telling me to call another company and then hung up on me. Worst. Company. Ever! So now I'm stuck in the freezing cold and left high and dry from this pathetic excuse of a so called company. Beware!

They are trying to double bill me for 2-10 home warranty deductible. I advised I already paid and showed them invoice which showed I paid. They are denying saying they alway show the deductible as being paid on their invoices. This is not the first issue with them over billing after service was complete they sent me 2 other invoices in the amount of $450 and $140 when I called 2-10 home warranty to complain they advised me that I shouldn't be charged anything over what I already paid with my deductible and they would contact AM/PM directly. They will not resolve the $65.00. I sent them email with documentation and tried to resolve directly with company and was hung up on. I called back later still with no resolve. So I said I would file complaint with BBB.

We got next day, on time service and were told that the draining that we thought was a problem was normal. There was no charge and we got a free tutorial on how the system works. Very satisfied customer.

I got in touch with AM PM with a problem. Talking about what needs to be done in terms of furnace repair is like bringing my car in for repairs, I'm clueless - a position I've never been comfortable with. What I didn't expect after explaining what needed to be done was the non-pressured response of telling me if I'd like to check out their suggestions with someone else, they were fine with that. In addition, they explained that part of my system "wouldn't" have to be replaced as it still had some mileage on it in their opinion. This in my experience is not a typical scenario, and was pretty damn refreshing. Honesty - what a concept.

The technician, John Gunsch, remember that name. Amazing, friendly ,understanding and so personable. AM/PM is always the way to go when your looking for not only knowledgeable, but compassionate people in a company. As a new home owner, we were frustrated with the system of "insurance companies" etc. But we are happy with our service, 5 stars!! You are all so amazing. After calling Greg out to service my furnace, he was unable to idenitfy the problem and had no problem charging me the $85.00 service charge. About a week later, the furnace stopped working again, in freezing weather. Greg came out and AGAIN, he could not identify the problem and seemingly did very little professional troublshooting. Luckily he didn't charge me for this visit...until a month later when I received a statement with a balance due. After calling the company and letting the billing associate know that while they were nice, I definitely could not recommend them based on Greg's inability to do...his job, the billing associate replied with, "Well I guess that's your problem, not ours." and hung up. Be Wary of this company, you will get very little, if anything for your money!

Installed central air in my house June 2015. Fair price and worked on the weekend to get it done quickly. I've never had any problems with the system. I am a happy customer.

I have greatly enjoyed my experience with AM/PM. They were friendly and prompt with service, given it's the hottest time of the year and I know they're busy. They came in under quote to have my duct work replaced. Very satisfied!
