As stated in my prior review, I have now had a new AC unit installed, along with a hot water heater. Greg rearranged his schedule to provide these services as quickly as possible, and even patched up my old AC unit to run until the new one was installed. I can’t say enough about Greg’s kindness and professionalism. He and his crew were excellent. Thank you for handling with speedy efficiency the nightmare of my family having no ac or hot water.

Greg and a few other technicians installed a brand new electrical panel and outside electrical cable at my home and they did it quickly and also made a point to put a covering on my back porch and carpet so as not to track in any dirt. They are professional, courteous and qualified and did a swift and excellent job! Thanks Chris Mechanical for a great experience!

If we had any questions, they were quick to respond and always took the time to explain what they were doing. Christian was such a joy to work with. He was punctual and worked tirelessly to give us exactly what we wanted. Chris and Christian are honest, hardworking people that really care about their customers (which can be very hard to find). We could not be more happy with our new HVAC system and tankless water heater! Very professional and knowledgeable. Our AC went out at 6pm on a Saturday evening and they had a wonderful technician dispatched and standing in our back yard a short time later. The tech, Christian, was able to resolve our issues in about one hour or less. Very fair pricing as well.
