Classic Airs One Hour Heating

So this company came out to fix my sons unit. I paid for it and they had recommended some service you pay for monthly. I told the woman on the phone do not put that service on my credit card she said no problem we have your sons information. It has been 9 months they have charged me and I have called and called with non answer. I am now going to have to cancel my card to stop them from charging me which is frustrating
