I am the tenant of the unit where the work was performed, so a lot of the communication was with the owner and also why I can’t comment on the value. However, when I did communicate with them, they were very nice and were able to get my work scheduled quick. Arrived ahead of the scheduled time frame and work was completed in a timely manner. Chris took the time to explain the issue to me and told me what I could keep an eye out for.

Showed up on time, thoroughly inspected system to find root cause of problems. Very professional.

Chris Mechanical Services is the only company I utilize. When I have need for them, they make room for me quickly, and the people that come to perform the services always know exactly what the problem is. Never have I felt like they tried to sell me something that was unnecessary. Although the time is coming soon where they will need to sell me something, all they do right now is what I ask, keep my system running. When it's time to buy, it WILL be through Chris Mechanical Services.

We had two guys come both were very professional and knowledgeable and just really nice guys. Our land lord was the hold up for a week. The gentleman who contacted me first thing in the morning, after a very firm email to my rental company, was WONDERFUL. He showed up, fixed the unit (despite the rental company claiming they needed to find a part) and when I say fixed it I mean FIXED IT. It was clear the land lord never serviced the unit and this guy spent all day correcting everything. I cannot express how awesome he was and super nice. I wish I could authorize a raise for him, he definitely deserves it. Oh and he helped my neighbor stop a pipe exploding all over the yard we share. This guy went above snd beyond and NEVER stopped working. I recommend anyone to use this company, I know when we move we’re taking this contact with us. I wouldn’t trust any other company to have such honest and dedicated workers.

I was so impressed that I now use them for my inspections and servicing of my HVAC equipment. They were on time and kept me updated of the process and took care of a minor issue at no extra charge. I highly recommend them for any repairs, service, and or replacement units.

I had an 8-11 service window and received a text around 7:45 Christian was en route. He arrived shortly and was very courteous. He very thorough and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He recommended a cosmetic repair to the AC system outside, and I received an estimate the same day.

Edit to reflect my latest service March 2021. Christian came out again to make sure the AC is good to go for the season. He arrived soon after the text and was very professional. He spent about an hour up in the attic and outside with the condenser unit. He is very thorough and it is much appreciated.

I lived by one of the Service Techs. He installed my unit. 7 Years later when it broke, they came right out, fixed it and because they registered my equipment with the Manufacturer, I was covered under warranty for some of the work which saved me some money on the total repair costs. They are my go to for heat and AC! Thanks!

Greg always provides excellent customer service and is very informative. Requested a call last night and was at my house before noon. Always contacts me when on his way. I plan on recommending Chris Mechanical Services to anyone needing HVAC Services. Prices are reasonable as well.

Our AC died, in July, on a Friday night, after hours. I called for an emergency appointment and Christian came right over, diagnosed the problem, was sympathetic to our situation and professional. Because of COVID, we were told there may be no units available. Greg went above and beyond by driving directly to the vendor at 6 am on Saturday, the next day and was able to secure us exactly what we needed. He called and set up an install for that same morning! He and Christian worked in 90+ temps all day to install our new unit and take care of all the other issues from the previous unit. The price was not exorbitant and the quality and professionalism of this company was excellent. We have used them before and have always had amazing service. I could not recommend them more. Our AC unit is perfect for our house and for the first time in years, we are all comfortable.

They are very professional, polite, efficient, and helpful. They pulled out my old unit and placed the new one in and the whole process was painless. Customer for life!
