The man mark came out to our home diagnosed the problem which was fine but he pulled out wires that not out when he got there from our unit. We had a second opinion to come out and look at it and they said that the first person that came out left out wires that were an electrical hazard and could possibly spark. I called up to the office to let them know and have him come back by to fix it seeing that he charged $110 just to come look at our unit just to be told by his front desk Rhonda that I could go in and pull those wire myself it was safe. When I told her that he needed to come fix it she said there was no need for him to come back out. I would never use this company ever again. They do not have the clients best interest. Also the man mark that came to look at our home made a comment about us having things broken in our home due to our back door not working at the moment. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. This company is not recommended.

A year ago the upstairs system stopped working. I got Edgar’s number from a friend he had done work for. He came out and checked the system that ultimately had to be replaced. He gave me a competitive quote and didn’t charge me for the service call. I told him that I was going to wait until the spring to replace the system and that I would definitely call him to do the replacement. As it turned out the downstairs system stopped working in early May this year. I called Edgar and reminded him I promised to call him back and that the downstairs system was now down. He came out and inspected the downstairs system and ultimately it too needed to be replaced. He gave me a competitive quote for the downstairs system and honored the the original quote for the upstairs system. That level of professionalism is beyond reproach and they completely replaced both systems in two days!! When they were done you couldn’t even tell they had been here.

Edgar ( Eddie) was the service tech that came to our house. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. He came troubleshot The system gave good solid recommendations. We had another service provider and they told us the equipment was out of date and they couldn’t get parts for it and it needed to be replaced. Edgar found a part that they should have installed was just laying in the attic unhooked. He ordered and installed a small part and the system is working fine. We are very pleased and it is nice to find a company and a person with such great integrity. We can’t say enough good, and when it’s time to replace our system, we will call them. We had both HVAC systems replaced. This company was awesome! They gave a date with in a week and we’re on time. It only took 2 days to replace both units, up and down stairs. Ronald's is extremely professional and have great customer service. Our heater went out, he was able to be here within an hour, also send his location via text. He explained what was wrong, got the parts and got it done in a short amount time. I definitely will use their services again.
