Chris Mechanical Services

I have been using Chris mechanical for over a year now and have met a few techs who work there. Everyone has been extremely professional and friendly. They take me step by step what’s wrong and show me what they are doing to educate me. My husband has used them for 20+ years on all of his rental properties. I would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys (THANK YOU GREG!!!) went ABOVE AND BEYOND in installing a new water heater. Showed up MUCH faster than I expected, took the time to explain what went wrong, completed the job efficiently and didn't cost me an arm and leg... Even got TWO follow up calls to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Need a repair? 10/10, this is WHO YOU CALL.

Was able to schedule a prompt appointment. Jeff was very friendly and professional. I really appreciate the texts confirming appointment and letting me know when tech is on his way.

Greg came to fix our water heater he was amazing and very professional! He did a wonderful job and is very knowledgeable. He was quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

price changed after 1st statement, left trail of attic installation on carpet, but air is working great and he was kind to my wife. will use your company again.

The wonderful technician, C. Neil Dudley, went above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. He was efficient, hard working, pleasant to communicate with and sent updates with photos from beginning to end. He was even kind enough to let my dogs out to potty! I am impressed with my experience from beginning to end. Thank you again Mr. Dudley!

I purchased a home and Chris Mechanical was paid by the seller to perform a specific job. They had to be called out twice for the same job. The job was still not right but I did not catch it until I closed. They said that once payment was received from the previous seller, they would come fix what they did not fix initially....long story short, they lied and refused to come back (after payment was received). Instead of standing on their work and word and fixing their mess up, they told me to use my home warranty instead. Knowing the issue was something that could hurt my child, they still refused.

They are horrible and liars!!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB and if they see this, they know exactly who it is because I told them the same. You just want the money but don't care about the customer.

I put in a request for plumbing work for my new place. My rental agency took care of getting a good company out and then they called me and I set up a time to meet the contractor. Jason was very professional and looked at what needed to be done. He took lots of photos. He made an estimate and sent it over to my rental agency. Hope to hear back from them soon before I move in so the work will all be done. Seems like good work will be done too. That makes me happy.

The folks at Chris Mechanical Services are very courteous and professional.The initial phone call for scheduling right on through the service call was excellent. Devon did a great job of servicing our two units and reviewing all the details of the services provide.We will call on them again.

AC went out and Greg came out and took great care of us when no other company had the time. My family is very appreciative of his time and work.
