I would like to take this opportunity to send out a sincere “Thank You” to the guys over at Chris Mechanical Services.
My air conditioner stopped working last week and I called Greg over at CMS. He was able to send a technician (Chris) the very same day and he was able to diagnosis the problem within the first 10 minutes of his arrival. Not only did he find the problem, he took pictures and a video of the leaks that were coming from my evaporator coils.
Normally when dealing with HVAC companies, the technician is always in a rush and rarely has time to explain any options you have available for repair or replacement for your air conditioner. Chris exceeded my expectations. He was courteous and extremely patient with my questions and I had ALOT! I decided to replace the whole system, this was on a Saturday and they were able to install the following Monday. I was elated when they told me that install date! In addition, the price was more than fair.
Chris arrived at my place a few minutes early and promptly started with the installation. Him and his helper were professional, knowledgeable, and what I would just describe as “Good People”. I really liked that Chris took pride in his profession and his work proves that statement. They finished the install in a short amount of time and meticulously cleaned up after themselves.
I will be using Chris Mechanical Services for all my HVAC needs from here on out!
