Had my HVAC system replaced by Butler based on a recommendation from a family member. A great company all around, very professional team that did a great job installing my system.

I now have had both heat pump and Gas/AC units changed out by WC Butler. Their guys do a great job and are very clean during and after the job is done. When the unit in the attic was replaced they moved the new unit off of the floor and into the rafters and out of the way.
This opened up space to more easily get into the attic. The original was poorly thought out and they saw that and changed it on their own...great idea. The safety overflow switch for condensation has already saved me once and that was something else i didn't realize they were doing. Great company with clean and polite installers and service staff.

Tried to repair gas logs but didn’t have part to repair. Also repaired gas heater with success Very helpful serviceman . Would ask for him again. Cost was plenty for 30 min work.

The Butler crew were able to put in a new unit during the holidays right before Christmas. Also, they were able to perfectly fit a rather large piece of machinery into a not very large space. Very impressed!

I've had the opportunity of working with these folks for 8-10 years. My wife and I have invested in a handful of residential rentals in the valley and have found ourselves against the wall with HVAC problems on a number of occasions. Most recently, a frail, elderly tenant on the coldest morning of the winter called without heat. W. C. Butler was called and worked me into their very busy schedule. The gas furnace, a four year old installation's inducer motor failed and had to be replaced. Butler short-tracked the part, picked it up and had it installed the next morning. I can't say enough good things about this company and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, fare priced solution to their HVAC headache.
