W.C. Butler Heating and Air Conditioning

They were very quick to respond when my boiler unit for my heat was damaged. They ordered, expedited and installed the new parts quickly. I have always used WC Butler because their customer service and their workmanship is the best in the valley.

Chester Butler was has no idea what real customer service is. He attempted his best to offer his service to me on 12/21/22, and of which included raising his voice to me in an unprofessional manner and hanging up on me when I did nothing to warrant such treatment. I will never contact them again and will publicly advise my experience moving forward.

We have been thrilled with W.C. Butler and everything they’ve done at our house! We are on their list for preventative maintenance and cleaning every year and they are always so easy to work with when scheduling or if we have an issue with either of our two units. From the office staff to the guys that come to the house to do the work, everyone is always very professional and great about communication. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!

Had duct moved last year that apparently caused small gas leak. Smelled gas recently. Called gas company. They diagnosed leak was caused by ductwork last year. Butler came it next day and repaired leak.

The serviceman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was on time and we think he did a good job.

We've been using W C Butler for several years, and have found them to be responsive, professional and reasonably priced. We have them come to our home twice yearly, to check out the heating and A/C systems. So far, we've not had to use them for any repairs, but it's comforting to know that they'll be available if we do.

W.C. Butler was the only company out of many in the valley that solved a decades old problem. Their guys actually totally understood how HAVC Systems work- So thankful for them!!

Fired my husband knowing my daughter was autistic and dealing with MRI problems. Seriously what a shame to the company and whoever fired him.
