Bryar & Tim were on-time and thorough. Completely checked both systems at the house and located a failing condenser in the main unit which they replaced immediately. Love W.C. Butler's VIP HVAC maintenance program. Well worth the $$.

I can’t say enough good things about the service techs that I’ve had come out from W.C. Butler. They fixed my AC last summer and I’ve used them for preventive maintenance for the last 2-3 years. Back in the spring my whole home humidifier needed a filter but they didn’t have one on the truck. Since I wasn’t using the e heat it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t need one. I never got statins to replacing it over the summer. They tech showed up last week for my heat inspection and brought a new filter with him. They’re always good at keeping up with things like that. When I moved into this new house the humidifier was disconnected. The tech looked it over and found no issues so he hooked it back up and got it running. When you have gas heat, a humidifier is a MUST! Know many others with good stories about these folks just like me. You can trust them to do the job right and not to do more than you need.

They told me my Condenser was broken when it wasn't. Call someone else don't let them scam you

as soon as they can. During this heat ( or cold)
prompt service means everything when you are
without heat or air. I have used them to buy new units or for repair on existing units numerous times for rental properties. The tenants will
always express graditude for getting the issue
resolved in a timely manner. Their service
technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.
