We've used Butler often over several years and have always been more than pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of the service. Their staff are invariably pleasant and informative.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with an HVAC company. From the initial quote with Chet to the final install this company is tops. Customer service is top notch and very responsive. The installers were by the far the nicest I have ever had install a system, and this is my 3rd complete system install over the years. Very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need a fairly priced system and great service this is the company to call.

WC Butler has always been very responsive whenever I have contacted them for AC repair. They arrive at the scheduled time. They called 15 mins before arriving as a courtesy. They always fix the problem in a timely manner and do not overcharge for their services. I will continue to use their services.

Had an issue with my outside unit not turning on. They worked me in with no hassles. Their tech, Briar, showed up and quickly assessed the problem and had me running again in no time. Came across as very honest and professional. Focused on fixing the problem rather than selling services I didn’t need. A+ and would definitely use again.

Contacted Chet Butler on Monday morning he came to our house monday after noon. Our system was out 22 yrs old. Gave us a quote on Tuesday. I. Called him and ask we they would be able to get to us.. He called me back and said they would be there Friday morning at 8 am. They were on time and did an excellent job. We live in eaglerock some others would not even come give us a quote. We had to replace a 28-year old heat pump system. Butler was one of the companies we asked to quote an update for us. They immediately set themselves apart; from Hal showing up the same day we reached out via their website to his willingness to talk us through several options and help us land on the best solution.

Ultimately, their price was competitive, and the install went great. They did a top notch job. Will go directly to them for future needs in this arena.

I’ve used Butler for many years. The HVAC system they installed, is the best I’ve ever had.

Recently, on a weekend (durning a snow storm) I had issues with my thermostat. I called (Sunday) for assistance, Mr Butler called me back. He offered to bring me heaters, until they could resolve the problem. Fortunately, their technician (Travis) was able to, over the phone, get my system back on line.
