Gundlach Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

Our technician, Joe, was amazing as was the support from Gundlach's. After fielding our call on Sunday and reassuring us that he'd be at the house first thing Monday morning, Joe did exactly as promised. He promptly showed up on time Monday morning, was courteous and friendly then proceeded to go about his business. When he found what was believed to be the problem he fixed it then left. I noticed that although he indeed fixed one issue, another developed. I called Joe back and he returned immediately to further diagnose the problem. Once the repair was made the heat flowed ! Joe went above and beyond expectations. He crawled under our house repaired clogged pipes and didn't leave until he and we were satisfied with the repair.

I/we strongly recommend Joe and the Gundlach's support team to remedy AC/Heat or other issues that may arise.

My wife and I have been very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of all the Gundlach service technicians. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to describe in detail the operation and service tasks they performed on our heat pump and air handler.
Technician Robert has a lot of HVAC experience and we are pleased when he comes out to our home to service our HVAC system. He does a terrific job every time.
Bottom line, Gundlach employs the best HVAC technicians in this area.

We have used Gundlach twice...This will be the only plumbing service in Richmond I use in the future. Period. Service members are personable, polite, clean ( you'd be suprised) honest and will take time to answer any question you have to the best of their knowledge. Thank you

Had to have a new HVAC system installed. It only took 1 week from the evaluation to having the job complete. Install was looks and works great. It was neatly and quickly done by Jose and Dave. Afterwards they walk me through everything and cleaned up. Great job

Jim was great. He let me know exactly when he would be there and showed me what was wrong. Very efficient and personable guy.

Gary came out and did a follow up. He was more than helpful as we were able to address some other concerns on plumbing, pipe routes, construction... I would recommend this company to anyone.

Gary came quickly to my call that I was getting no cool air from my heat pump. He found the problem: a copperhead had shorted out the condenser! He removed the barbecued snake and proceeded to replace the condenser only to find out, after much analysis and testing, that the compressor had been fried. I was impressed with Gary's expertise and his good manners. He wore covers over his feet so as to not track in dirt from outside. I am very happy with Gundlach and will call them again from my HVAC or plumbing needs.

Gary and Joe, along with the rest of the Gundlach team are amazing - extremely professional, customer service oriented and a joy to work with on heating/cooling issues as they have come up in the past. They are fair and you can trust them. Highly recommend.

I called them due to an emergency I was having. Dispatch first sent out the wrong technician. We called dispatch back and were told that someone would be out later in the evening. Another person from the company called and he was very short, rude and disrespectful. He then hung up the phone on us and never called back. We called dispatch for a third time and just asked to have someone come the following day. We were told we were on the schedule at that point. After waiting several hours the next day, the company called and said they would rather not help us. No explanation was given. I called another company, Carroll Heating and Plumbing, and they fixed the issue within a matter of hours. I am not sure how this company does business by sending out wrong technicians, being rude, hanging up the phone on people and then refusing to do work that was already scheduled to be done.

John and AL were phenomenal. They came over extremely fast for an emergency and quickly identified the issue and had it fixed. The entire time they were working they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to talk to. I won't hesitate to call them again any time I'm in need.

Our shower needed to have the temperature regulating mechanism in the handle overhauled. The technician (Daniel) arrived at the appointed time, was very personable (often a rarity with plumbers), professional, and knowledgeable about about his profession. Excellent work done by a pro!!! HIGHLY recommended!
