I cannot say enough good things about Excelsior, specifically Elizabeth, Gary and Eric. We have had an ongoing issue that they worked through with us and continued to follow up to make sure that our system is working as it should. They are flexible and professional and provide quality service. I am so glad someone recommended them to us a few years ago!

My A/C wasn't working because the drain on my heat-pump was clogged. I called Excelsior and they dispatched a tech to visit four hours later. Gary was professional, prompt, courteous and clear in his communication. I won't hesitate to call Excelsior for my future HVAC needs.

I had two mini-splits installed. Everyone was pleasant, communicative, and responsive to questions. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were careful to watch for my cat so he wouldn't get outside.

On time, staff communicated well w/each other, onsite guy explained what was done and what to do to maintain it. Price is right and- stated at time appointment was made. I'm sold, Thanks Excelsior Air!

We’ve used this company for years so we were shocked by the level of customer service we received today! We called last night and left a voicemail to see about service today. We were contacted and told 1-5pm and then at 3pm contacted and told the technician was running late and wouldn’t arrive till after 5pm and therefore we would be charged after hours rates!! How is it our fault the technician is late and why should we be penalized? Unacceptable and poor customer service….especially to an existing customer!

We were on our way out the door for vacation and of course, our home had no A/C. We called Excelsior Air and they scheduled service for the same day after hours. We had someone home sitting for us and she said that the technician, Eric, was awesome. He was very courteous, on time, and professional. Our home sitter reached out to me this week to ask if I had Eric’s contact information. I,of course, referred her to Excelsior. Thanks again Eric! Not only do we appreciate the fix to our system but I also want to say thank you for great customer service!

Part of our unit froze on Christmas Eve causing heat to stop working. We couldn’t get in touch with any companies that were open until a neighbor referred us to Jesse. I texted him and within 30 seconds I had a response and we were on his list for a visit the same day. Jesse arrived at our house at 830pm on Christmas Eve, crawled under our house in freezing weather, fixed the issue and had our heat back on in no time all for an insanely reasonable price. We will certainly be calling Jesse and Excelsior for everything in the future!

From the moment they called me to set up an appointment, I knew this experience would be different from the last place I just had. The woman was very polite and bubbly! They got me in within a couple of days after another company failed to get it working for more than 4 days… but DzMitry was absolutely wonderful. He fixed what was missed last time and explained to me how the different components of my air flow amongst other questions I had as a recent first time home buyer. I appreciated the time and knowledge he provided me. I will definitely be going with this company from here on out!!

Gary was on time friendly professional and fixed my unit. Great company from owner, to office scheduling and service. I have and will continue to recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Excelsior! They responded immediately to a maintenance call we made to our rental property manager and were able to arrange sending a technician out the same day. The technician (Zack) was very courteous and professional, and was able to quickly address the problem with our AC unit. It's always great doing business with local, small business, and we will definitely keep Excelsior in mind for any future needs!
