Excelsior Air LLC

I've been really impressed with Excelsior air's service and have had them out on two separate occasions now. They are always very easy to reach, super helpful, and punctual on their service calls. We've been having issues with our mini-split and Justin and team have gone above and beyond to resolve issues due to a faulty install, and I'd highly recommend them for any issue you might have at your home.

For what it's worth too, they have been great during Covid and I have felt very safe having them in my home

We’ve used Excelsior previously for routine maintenance, but when our air compressor died on us Jesse and his team were very quick to act. Not only did they assess the issue our system and work quickly to replace/install the unit, they were extremely courteous and helped out when we needed extra information to submit for our insurance claim. Now we’re lucky to have a working unit during the dog days of summer.

Excelsior Air has been a Godsend since I purchased my house a few years ago. They have gone above and beyond in helping with all of my many HVAC issues. They are always on time, always willing to fit me in when something goes wrong, and are always honest about work and pricing. They help me find services and systems that will help save me money, which I really appreciate. I will not be using anyone else besides Excelsior, even when I move to a new home!

We had to make a Sunday morning call to have our AC fixed. Excelsior Air was incredibly timely with their response to our call and arrived to our home within a few hours. Gary, our technician, was professional, informative, and effective in solving our issue. Furthermore, as previous Woodfin users, Excelsior Air is exceedingly more affordable, especially with a weekend job. We are pleased with the work done and will continue to use Excelsior Air for our HVAC needs.

My service technician name is Eric. He is very professional and explained all needed work. I like that Eric takes his time inspecting ac/heating unit thoroughly. I definitely will be acquiring their services in the near future and will highly recommend to friends and others.

We have been using Excelsior Air for a few years for yearly maintenance and they have always been great! This year we had an issue and they were able to come our right away. Our tech Justin is always professional, polite, on time and very knowledgeable.

Jesse, Patrick, and Rafael are fabulous! They installed a new mini-split ductless system and were professional, knowledgeable, kind, easygoing, and SUPER hard-working. I love my new system, and was so impressed at how they went above and beyond, throughout. They were mindful about cleaning up, offered to remove a really gigantic window unit for me, and made the whole process a pleasure. We called excelsior air because we were having issues with our first floor AC not cooling properly. The technician, I believe his name is Chris showed up on time, repaired the unit ,and told us we do not need to replace the entire unit as we were told previously. He also emailed us a detailed report of his work which was completed. We have not had any issues since his visit. We are so pleased with this company and will continue to work with them in the future. Appreciated the honesty and professional work.

Justin at Excelsior was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and both Jessie and Elizabeth at the office were super easy to work with! They helped this single mom get a new HVAC system mid quarantine quickly when other businesses were slooooow. AND the best part? I just got my first electric bill since the new system was installed and I saved $66!!

Excelsior Air sent Eric over to install a new EcoBee thermostat for me. It was working fine until the next day when a hardware issue wasn't turning the heat on properly. The fact new hardware was failing right out of the box; I decided to purchase a Google Nest thermostat.

Within an hour of my call, Excelsior Air had Eric back over, who switched out the thermostats at no charge.

I couldn't be happier with Eric's expertise and Excelsior Air's customer service.
