OMGOSH cannot say enough good about this company AND Nick!!!. He has done HVAC maintenance 2 times and installed a new heat pump after my previous HVAC company miserably failed. Nick uncovered issues with the previous heat pump and immediately came to the rescue. He is VERY professional; knowledgeable and personable. Nick explained things in detail and also let me know of insulation issues in my crawl space and remedied those as well. If there were 100 stars, this company definitely deserves them. Tracy and the office staff are AWESOME!!! The only thing I regret is not hiring them sooner. GREAT COMPANY!!!

Air Pro is the pinnacle of elite HVAC service. In the hellish month of August, my AC simply quit doing its job. After I reached out, a technician named Nick came the same day, in the pouring rain, cleaned my coils, pointed out an issue with the filters, unclogged the condensation drain. He really knew his stuff.

Also, my dogs loved him. 10/10, wouldn't use anyone else.

Excellent service. A/C was not working, called after hours and left a message, they were able to come out the next morning and fix it. Office staff were friendly and helpful. HVAC technician was friendly and knew what he was doing. Highly recommend them.

I have used Air Pro for many years, on several properties in Richmond. They are quick to respond whether it’s with an estimate, installation, or emergency call. Nick has rescued me on many occasions. Would not go to anyone else. 😊
