Thats a nice Northern tool usually have what you are looking for. The staff was great super friendly and helpful. It's nice to see employees care and take pride in their job in today's time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!! Jaru was very helpful and I really appreciated him helping my uncle. The cashier was a very cheerful happy person I’ve dealt with in a long time in Virginia.

ordered socket sets and was supposed to get e card for future purchase since i entered promo code. Items were backordered. Several weeks later I had to re-order when I saw they were in stock but my earlier order was never filled. Of course I then didn't get the e card that I was supposed to get from my 1st order. Chintzy way to treat repeat customers

Only went window shopping, because I was hoping to score some safety coveralls, but none were in stock and they didn't know when they would receive any in!😕

They are well stocked and have good deals. I purchased a variety of items from there including an Arcan quick-rise low profile 2 ton floor jack, jack stands, welding wire, various tile and masonry cutting wheels for angle grinders, drill bits, ratcheting wrenches, pressure washer tips and components, work gloves and various auto repair tools.

BOUGHT SEPT 15 2021. .. BROUGHT IN TODAY TO FIND OUT WHY NOT RUN.. IT WAS MISSING A PART..... Advised me to leave about a hour . and they wd fix it..

Came back to store 3 hrs later .. And they stated .. They could not fix it..

I wanted A Refund.. But found out 10 -14 days a check wd be issued... So now i have to wait to get my money back .. Then purchase another one.. AND IT WONT BE FROM THEM

Never enough people in this place to help the customer. The only time you will ever be able to talk to somebody is when they're about to close or right after the opening.
