got a $500 compressor got home . it needed 1/2 quart oil (that was not included) and the sale staff didn't bother to tell me 1 needed it. so i had to go out and get oil. caused me small problem and costed them a sale. not to professional.

Very clean store. I visited to pick up a pair of bolt cutters and some pad locks; found everything I needed. Good store.

Was sent an e gift card a while back went to use in the store and was told they can no longer take them in the store due to a computer update REALLY!! They said I could still use it online but what they didn't say was you would have to pay shipping which would take about half the amount on the card.....

Online website says a product was in stock. Go to this location and couldn't find it. Ask 2 different employees and was sent to 2 different places in the store. The third employee, clearly bothered that I was interrupting his conversation with another staff member, dismissively told me "we don't got that." On to depot ...

Been a Northern customer for many years. Always good quality merchandise at decent prices, with good customer service.
