Found website to be easy to use. I was in need of a sturdy hand cart with same day availability. Northern Tool came through in a flash!!

3.5 to 4 stars for the table only. I haven't tested the clamps yet, but I appreciate that they are included. Table top is very solid. It would definitely be worth an extra $50 if they would do a collapsible stand with wheels.
The box shows washers, but they are not included. This pisses me off because they recognize they should use them but are just being cheap. One of the legs was extremely rough due to all of the weld splatter. They just painted over it. The holes should be de-burred or lightly filed.

The only reason I’m rating a 2 instead of a one is that I’ve had decent experiences before with this store. I ordered a plate compactor to be delivered to the store. It’s been 3+ weeks. It was supposed to be here September 1. I gave them a couple extra days before I called. When I did, i was told they couldn’t tell me where it was and told me to call corporate. They too said no way to tell where or when I would get it. Really in this day of computers, you can’t find your inventory?? Called the store back, they said it was in between SC and VA. Called a couple days later, told it was on it’s way from TX to SC. Still no idea where it is and if I’ll ever get it. I’m tired of being lied to. It will be a long time before they get any more of my business.

Walked into the store on July 31 for a truck tool box they advertised to be in stock. After spending time looking they said it was sold out but could order for me. Their online price was $40 less than the store. I asked if they would match, they accepted and took my information and charged my card. Guy said it would be “a couple days”
A week later I called and was told they didn’t have the order. Put me on hold for 30 mins. I called back and was put on hold again and finally after another 30 mins spoke with a manager who promised to call me the next morning with an exact estimate of when my toolbox would be in. He said he could see the order and everything was “good”. No call no message so I called again on August 8th.
Same answer “can’t see your order, are you sure you ordered from us”
I ask for a manager again, on hold again, manager gets on the phone “I know who you are, your order was never placed” even though they took the money!
Northern, you had 6 different people talk to me on the phone and had 6 different opportunities to make this right!
I am forced to call my credit card company and fight to get my money back!
Today is Aug 10th and still no follow up.

Very well stocked store. Very clean for a heavy & hand tool store. I just went in to see what they had and was surprised to find a unique version of supply I use often in my studio. Very nice place.

Staff on the floor is very helpful and assisted me in registering my new blower with Stihl. What bothered me is the individual at the counter who tried to tell that I didn't register it fully unless I registered it with Northern Tool. Not only is this false but having someone try to lie to my face so they can get a check in the box is just poor customer service.
