Good store and decent prices.

I have been to this northern tool serval times and not been satisfied with the customer service. This last time I went into buy a product from then and they said another customer called and put all of there available units on hold though online shows them having plenty of available. I drove completely out of my way to buy this product they should not allow someone to buy the entire inventory of product or put online that it is out of stock.

The store was spotless. The gentleman that helped me with my purchase was very helpful and courteous! He also helped me load it in my vehicle. The cashier was also very friendly!

Great place. Bought a pressure washer, week later it has issues, they fixed quicker then I could eat me fast food lunch.

Always have what I need. Great people too. Store is so well organized!

Almost harassment level asking for phone number saying it was for any return. Carded me for a debit card purchase not exceeding $30.00. Only reason I rated one star is because an employee did assist me in finding what I needed. Only reason for visit was because they were cheaper in price than Uhaul for similar product.

I love this store. I buy a lot of trailer parts and tools here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for general or specific tools
