Worst experience ever!!! He overcharged me for a part and my system still doesn’t work. Now he doesn’t want to respond to my calls or text messages.

I have a long story as well. My heat went out on the coldest morning in recent days, on a weekend of course. I looked online and Mr. Silva had good reviews. I submitted my info. He reached out to me in minutes! He was then at my house within the hour. Mr. Silva checked things out, made a diagnosis. After discussing our options, he left to grab some parts, and was back to my home within the hour. Mr. Silva quickly restored our heat, charged us a reasonable fee, and stopped to chat a few minutes with my mom. Later that evening, Mr. Silva contacted me to check on the heat and to make sure we were happy with the service. I am pleased with his customer service, his willingness to go above and beyond, and his prices. I can't say enough about the quality and character of Mr. Silva!

Yesterday, we had a 3-ton split unit replaced by Silva's. I chose them because of their excellent reviews. I called & spoke to Bob & he sent Brian over ASAP to check things out. As we feared, our downstairs unit was dead. He explained the issue & told us our options. Brian was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took great care to explain the problems & go over our options to fix them. He also gave us an initial verbal estimate on both repairing the unit or replacing it. Since we had recently replaced 2 units in our previous home, we were surprised how low the estimate was. Bob called us just a short time later to give us the exact same quote. Since our broken unit was a 1998 & would cost over $2000 to repair, we chose replacement. It only took 2 days start to finish from first contact until completion! Meeting Bob in person was such a pleasure. He & Brian together make an amazing team! So, here I am trying to think of a creative way to say wonderful things about this company. But, if you've read other reviews you know that every positive adjective has already been used, repeatedly. Bob & Brian are simply the best at what they do. Period. And, you get all that awesomeness at a very competitive price! P.S. Bob texted me this morning to check-in on us. Who does that? Silva's, that's who! Thanks guys! We will never use anyone else for our HVAC needs!

My ac unit was blowing warm air so I called bob after 6pm and although he just got home and was going on vacation to Florida the next day he said “he couldn’t leave me hanging since he installed the unit”. He arrived ten minutes later and replaced the capacitor(part was under warranty) and told me he wasn’t going to charge labor. He’s very professional and a class act. Super nice guy. I highly recommend him.

I called after normal hours with a question about my AC thermostat not working. They were able to help me over the phone to get it straightened out and working immediately. The gentleman was very nice and professional. All of this for free of charge. I would highly recommend using this company!

Bob and Brian were both incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and informative. I called about an issue with my heater around 9:00 and by 12:00 they had come out, diagnosed the problem, gone to the store, bought a new valve, come back, replaced it, checked to make sure everything was working, and answered any and every question I threw at them and then some. Highly recommend them.

Called some of the larger companies first and they had no flexibility what so ever. Found Silva's and I was pleased with their reviews, so I gave them a call. He told me to call him when I got off of work and he'll head my way. They did just that. Came in my home put shoe covers on at the door and headed into the attic. Cleaned out my drain pipes and checked over a few things. They both looked me in the eyes gave me a firm hand shake and headed off into the night.. good guys, great experience.

Just before this weekend heatwave, my AC went out. Called SIlva Heat and Air, and he showed up within 30 minutes. His professionalism and sense of humor should be the gold standard for customer service and technical service. Mr. Silva, great job and I have you in my speed dial now:-) Highly recommend his services.

I recently had a newborn, and within the first couple of days of being at home the AC went out. You can imagine my panic. It was after hours,...i found Silva's online and they were quick to respond and also got to the root of the problem. Really appreciate the great service and care. I definitely recommend them.

Mr Silva was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, on-time, friendly, and I could tell HVAC work is more than just a job for him. He really enjoys his craft! I’d hire him again, and I highly recommend him.
