JR and Thomas (Electrical Technicians) came to our home to remove a flush mount front door light fixture. They also installed a pair of sconces for modern curb appeal. SO AMAZING! Both were very professional, and displayed phenomenal expertise. They took the time to explain what the plan was to achieve our electrical needs. I called Dran’s Monday morning due to my AC unit failing the night before and within 2 hours they were at my house! John was incredibly helpful and very thorough with his inspection of my AC unit. He gave me honest feedback and never tried to oversell! I really appreciated his help!

We had called a number of different HVAC contractors when our AC went out and it hit 90° temps. Dran’s was quick to respond and was able to quickly find and resolve the issue. Price was very reasonable and we are so thankful! Will definitely be using Dran for any future repairs!

We had a new HVAC system installed today by technicians Emmanuel, Tony & Darrel. They were professional throughout the whole process. Our questions were answered and we were given great tips on how to make our system work even better like duct work and insulation in our attic. They cleaned up after they finished. They made sure to run a meter to the vents to make sure air was coming out. Dran’s is now our company for all our heating/cooling needs. Also 2 weeks ago we had a ceiling fan installed so we will also be using them for our electrical needs. They communicate well via phone, email, text. We will recommend to our friends and family.

Dran's Heating & AC was very responsive providing service within the same day of my calls. The 4 star is because the problem was not completely resolved at the first visit and a recall was needed within 3 days, but could have happen anyway at a later date. No additional charges were incurred.

Came out and was on time for a heating issue . Issue was fixed fast as well as double checked for any other nearing problems. Also followed up after work was done to make sure we were good. 5 star rating.

I'm one happy customer of Dran's Heating and Air Conditioning. I needed service on my old A/C unit, and I called Dran's to take a look at it. I already knew what the problem was because I have had to add refrigerant to this old R-22 unit for the last four or so years due to a leak. I knew it was time for a new Air conditioning unit so before it gets really hot, I had Dran's team give me a quote and provide me with my options and they did. In the meantime, they provided me with world-class service and filled my Air conditioner with refrigerant to keep my house cool until they installed the new unit the next week. The installation team arrived on time ready to go to work. Emanuel was the lead and explained what going to take place IRT the installation. The team consisted of the lead mentioned above along with Tony, Darell, and Dontae. All were professional, Courteous, and knowledgeable. I can't forget about Ms. Amelia in the office. None of this would have happened without her. When I first called Dran's for service they were completely booked for the day (Friday) and the next available open date was Monday. I was going to look elsewhere, and she asked me to give her thirty minutes to see what she can do. Obviously, she can do a lot and I appreciate it. She made me smile that day :)

Our tank was replaced today and the hot water is flowing. Everyone at this company is so pleasant and helpful. Another very nice experience from Dran’s!

The technician arrived on time, and performed necessary preventative maintenance on my units. He discovered an electrical fire hazard in the junction box and was able to replace it, showing me clearly how this could have been disastrous.
Howe are quite pleased with the cleanliness and efficiency. We will soon replace or 18 year old unit. I will give Dran the option to install.
