Fantastic experience. Our heater went out over night and we have a 6 month old in the house. The owner came over asap and got us up and runner. Really great guy too.

Bob and Brian just installed a complete new HVAC Gas Pack system in my home. We converted from Oil to Natural Gas - and from Radiators to Floor Vents. We got 3 quotes for the job before we hired Bob. His rates were very fair, and I was impressed with his recent reviews on Google and Yelp. All 5 Stars, which is what I am giving this company also. As soon as we signed the proposal they started work the next day installing vents. They did a great job cutting into the hardwood, and worked especially hard on the old black and white ceramic floor in the bath which was six inches thick! The installation took only a few days, and the results are top notch! Their ductwork in the basement/crawlspace looks neat and organized. We couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Bob and Brian for any HVAC job, big or small. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Called at 830 on a Sunday night because my air wasn't working. Bob was at my house within an hour and had everything fixed in no time. So grateful!

The owner came to fix our HVAC only two hours after I called him. Super nice, trustworthy, resolved the problem, And did not overcharge us. We always prefer to use local businesses when possible and if needed, we will definitely use this business again.

I agree with previous posts that I wish I could give them 10 stars. Not even kidding. Bob and Brian were professional, efficient, and explained everything that was going wrong with my AC. They showed up the same day I called in for a request for service and had it up and running again in no time. They were went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. Best Service in the area. Bob was the most generous person I know. He came to the rescue when my 7 month pregnant daughter needed help. The dog chewed the wires to her AC & she was crying so much that I had to find help for her. He fixed that plus build her a barrier around the AC so the dog can't get back in. Best customer service I've ever received for any service call. These gentlemen are courteous, professional and treat you as if you are family.
