We just bought a house with a heat pump approaching 20 years old and wanted someone to come look at the system and give us an idea of the condition and quote a replacement.

Coleman came out and cleaned our unit and inspected all of the components. It was a relief knowing that while it’s old, it’s still working well and doesn’t show any signs of dying soon. He also gave us a quote on replacing everything and recommended a company to do some related crawl space work we asked about. Lastly, he gave us some advice on how to relocate our air filter (that’s currently a custom and expensive type located in the crawl space) to a more affordable and easy to change one inside the house. Great service!

This was my first maintenance visit and I was very impressed with the service. I appreciate the heads up call ahead of time and accommodating me by calling me when your tech arrived. I have a maintenance agreement with Speeks and it’s wonderful. They call/text to remind you to set up a spring/summer and a fall/winter check up. They are friendly on the phone. The service provider arrives on time (and even a little bit early). Highly recommend and I even got my parents to start using them.

Speeks installed heating/AC in house we built. Great job. Needed them for a blocked pipe on a weekend...they came in less than hour, fixed quickly, Curtis the employee was terrific.

Our AC compressor failed, our technician Vernon was so courteous and professional and an all around joy to be around. Doc had the part ordered and Vernon replaced it all within a weeks time. Thank you for helping us out. Definitely will be referring this company to my friends and family.

Had the heating go out at one of our houses. Called W.G. Speeks and spoke with Doc. He was so helpful and patient as I tried to figure out the problem. He also kept it real with me, and explained what my best solution was - even if it meant him not getting our service that day. Other people I called were either short with me or just told me there was nothing they could do. It was nice to have someone like Doc assist me! I would definitely recommend this place based off the customer service.
