Chris B. was very thorough and left a detailed invoice outlining everything he did instead of just writing "fall maintenance." He explained how he cleaned the gas ignition.

It was the middle of August 2020 just after Central Va. had what seemed like weeks and weeks of a horrible heat wave. Well the week the temps dropped to the mid 80''s my heat pump of almost 20 years decided it had enough. I called W.G. Speeks on a Monday before they opened at 8 am so maybe my voice message would be the first they hear. I called at 7 am and was called back at 7:15 am....but my cell phone stopped ringing and instead sent it to voicemail...so I waited until they were officially open to call them back. They sent a technician out just past noon. What made this great was that they called to keep in touch with me when he'd arrive. A plus in my book. He came and checked it out and gave me the news that I was expecting...need to new heat pump. Arrangements were made to get the equipment and to get it installed....everything W.G. Speeks said they would do was done as they said it would. They had everything when they said they would and it all ran like clockwork. Fantastic!!! I chose W.G. Speeks by the reviews I read on the Nextdoor app. I highly recommend W.G. Speeks.
