WG Speeks

I made an appointment with WG Speeks to have my heat pump fixed. They told me my appointment was their first call on the schedule for the following day and that their technician would be at my house between 8 and 8:30. By about 9 no one had showed up or called. I had to get to work, and couldn't wait around any longer. So I called their office and they were able to reschedule for the following Monday at 12. But it was the same story then.
The technician eventually did arrive at my house at 2:30, but that was long after I had given up waiting for him...

The bottom line is that if you value your time call someone else!

I have been a customer for several years and WG Speeks is always courteous and responsive. Their work is thorough and performed efficiently. They answer any questions you have. Also they greet you with a smile and are respectful of your surroundings . Highly recommend. NL

This was our initial call to any of the HVAC service companies in Richmond area since moving here at the end of 2018, so we were a bit anxious about it. Our house air conditioner wasn't working and with the weather turning very hot and humid, we needed help quickly. WG Speeks was able to help us the same day we called. Vernon, the service tech, was wonderful! His cheerful attitude, his good listening skills, proficiency at diagnosing and troubleshooting our air conditioner, and very hard work, proved to be just what we needed to get the old air conditioner working again.

The summer service was prompt and efficient. The technician arrived on time. He was polite and respectful. For example, he started to remove his shoes, but I told him it was not necessary. He explained what he was going to do, then did it.
Setting up the appointment in advance was quick and easy.
In 6 months they will be back for the winter service.

We requested our technician, Judy. She is always friendly, efficient and trusted. We will ask for her again next year. Thank you for your service.

I have used WG Speeks for 17 years to maintain and service my HVAV system. They are easy to deal with and their technicians are reliable and professional. Costs are reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend them!
